"That's really bad. I heard Lan Sang was attacked?"
While having his officers escort the suspect into the car, Tang Ze took statements from Xiaolan and others to understand the specific circumstances of last night.
"Well, luckily it was a close call and Conan arrived in time..." Xiaolan still felt a little scared when she said this.
"Oh, by the way, I went home two days ago and brought back some local specialties from Hokkaido. I'll send them to you when I have time." Tang Ze saw Xiaolan's anxious look and quickly changed the subject.
"I feel so embarrassed..." As expected, Xiaolan waved her hands immediately after hearing Tang Ze's words.
"Nothing, Conan and I have a good connection." Tang Ze smiled and rubbed the dog's head. "That's it, I'll visit him when I have time on my day off."
After taking the criminal back to the police station and providing a one-stop service of taking a statement, signing and detaining him, Sato Miwako also completed the statement of Shii Reika.
The sins of killing people in the past must now be compensated one by one. Even the arrogant young lady is nothing here, just a sinner who is about to atone for her sins.
The wind was cold and bleak. Today, Tang Ze went to the Maori Detective Agency with some local specialties. He had been quite idle recently, probably because Conan had just found someone to offer sacrifice to the gods the day he returned...
No matter what, it's always a good idea to build good relationships. Although I've been slacking off while on field duty... ahem, I still want to try my luck and see if I can encounter a case.
At least the chance of encountering a case here is much higher than in other places. After all, the nickname "Grandpa of Death" is not for nothing.
"You're so polite, Detective Tang Ze, you even brought us some local specialties."
At this moment, Karasawa had already entered the office, and when Kogoro Maori saw Karasawa coming to visit him, he said enthusiastically.
"It's okay. I don't have many friends in Tokyo. Lan Sang invited me to visit Sonoko's house before. Some local specialties are nothing." Tang Ze said politely.
"Oh, Lan told me about that incident last time. What kind of fun trip was that? I really caused you trouble."
Maori Kogoro said: "If it weren't for you, Detective Karasawa, Ran and the others would be in danger. I have to thank you for this."
"Dad is right. Sonoko and I are very glad that you, Detective Tangze, were here last time." Xiaolan also agreed with a smile.
Tang Ze smiled and did not continue the topic. Instead, he looked around the room and asked, "Why don't I see Conan-kun?"
"Ah, Conan should have just finished school and should be on the way now." Xiaolan replied with a smile.
"Is that so?" Tang Ze nodded and said goodbye, "Then I'll be leaving first. I'll say hello to you."
"Would you like to sit for a while?" Xiaolan said, "Conan should be back soon."
"No, I'm on duty now." Tang Ze smiled and waved his hand, "Let's talk about it when we have a chance."
After saying this, Karasawa said goodbye to Xiaolan and Maori Kogoro and left.
About twenty minutes after Tang Ze left, the door of the office was pushed open again.
"Is this the Mouri Kogoro Detective Agency?" A young man with a thick Kansai accent walked in. "That guy Kudo Shinichi is here, right?"
"Eh? Are you looking for Shinichi?" Xiaolan looked at the stranger and said, "He's not here."
"Oh, that's how it is." The young man with a Kansai accent turned his head and looked at Xiaolan again, "Then quickly call out Kudo Shinichi!"
"He's not here..." Xiaolan felt a little headache looking at this guy who yelled about looking for Kudo right away, "I don't know where he went."
"Ah, Conan is back. It's a little late today." Xiaolan said with a smile after seeing Conan.
"Ah, I was delayed on the way..." Conan made up an excuse and responded, thinking: "Because I was delayed on the way to talk to you through the voice changer..."
“Ha-chu!!”
Conan's nose felt itchy and he sneezed.
"Conan, you have a cold too?"
Xiaolan wiped Conan's nose with a look of concern: "Shinichi has a cold too. This flu seems to be very serious?"
"Kudou has a cold...?" the young man with a Kansai accent demanded. "Didn't you say you didn't know where Kudou was? Then how did you know he had a cold?"
"Phone!" Xiaolan said unhappily, "When Shinichi called just now, his voice was very nasal."
"You mean Kudo called..." The young man with a Kansai accent touched his chin and pondered.
"Yeah, after Shinichi left, couldn't he just call back?" Xiaolan said a little impatiently to the man who came to find Kudo for no reason.
"Hmm... So you really are Kudo's woman. Then the rumors I heard aren't fake, but very real."
"Woman...woman!!" Xiaolan blushed and stammered, "Where did you get this news from?!"
"Your friend Suzuki Sonoko said Kudo hasn't shown up at school either. If you want to know his whereabouts, you're the only one who can help you!"
These words made Xiaolan feel embarrassed and angry, "Yuanzi! Remember this..."
"Hello! What were you and Kudo talking about on the phone?" the young man with a Kansai accent continued to ask.
"Just some daily stuff! Like his favorite football games, mystery novels, etc. He also asked about some things going on in class."
"that's all??"
"That's right!! But he never mentioned that there would be a weird boy with a Guanxi accent looking for him!!" Xiaolan couldn't help but get angry when she was asked repeatedly.
But the other party didn't care at all and continued to ask: "What about your business?"
