所有流程都嚴格而規範，哪怕他們有槍，也沒辦法搶劫成功。就算殺人劫車搶了錢，恐怕也跑不遠，很快就會被警察抓住、甚至當場擊斃。搶到錢了，也沒命花。
于是，兩人轉換思路，決定入室搶劫。
之所以挑中熊濤，是因為他們在風月場所見過不少次熊濤，知道他有錢。而且熊濤愛顯擺，經常拿出鈔票炫耀，還曾說自己從不相信銀行，有錢都放在家裏。
熊濤是儲蓄所所長，貪污受賄更是一把好手，私下裏摳了不少錢。他和妻子胡琳珍關系不好，天天吵架，經常在風月場所鬼混。
樊弘偉動了惡念，安排好一切，挑《霍元甲》熱播之時，帶上曹得仁和新收的小弟阮武，提着一袋水果便堂而皇之地找上胡琳珍家。
他們曾經跟蹤過熊濤，早就踩好點，敲門說是感謝胡醫生為老婆接生，便順利地進了屋。
後面發生的一切，與顧文嬌的記憶完全吻合。
顧文嬌與周金鳳聽到的第一聲巨響，是曹得仁一緊張開了空槍。
聽到片尾曲時，樓上再一次傳來的巨響，是看到手下無能惹得樊弘偉發毛，怒吼一聲奪過槍來，一槍将熊濤幹掉。
接下來，曹得仁膽氣壯了一些，沖到卧室對準胡琳珍就是一槍。
這一槍偏了，沒有打中要害，胡琳珍掙紮着要爬起來，曹得仁再補了一槍。
正是這一槍之後，周金鳳聽得再也坐不住，堅持上樓查看。
阮武被血光吓掉了魂，聽到敲門聲緊張地看向曹得仁。曹得仁殺紅了眼，走到門口，示意阮武開了門，對準周金鳳的腦袋又是一槍。
一共五槍。
四條人命。
槍裏原本八發子彈，野外試打過兩發，入室搶劫打了五發，槍裏還剩下一發。
樊弘偉扒下熊濤手上金表，又到卧室搜刮一番，将金飾、現金洗劫一空，丢下槍便匆匆下樓離開。
一路順利無比，根本沒有遇到什麽人。
三人回到老窩，将搶來的東西一分，該幹嘛幹嘛，仿佛這一切從來沒有發生過。
樊弘偉當了這麽多年的司機，勞保白手套不少，看了電視裏警匪片，知道現場作案要小心不留下指紋，這才有了戴手套作案之舉。
因為與熊濤只是在風月場所偶遇，日常生活并沒有交集，所以警察調查漏掉了樊弘偉他們；
因為三人進退迅速，殺完人之後依然在城建局上班工作，沒有露出絲毫異樣，所以沒有列為嫌疑人追查；
因為有了熊濤的前車之鑒，三人拿了錢之後并沒有顯擺，低調行事，因此沒有人懷疑舉報。
樊弘偉膽大心細，知道警察對槍支的管理十分嚴格，反正也只剩下一發子彈，便索性把槍留在現場，這樣一來避免進一步追查。
樊弘偉甚至想到讓曹得仁、阮武幾個合演了一出英雄救美的戲碼，将顧文嬌娶回家，利用顧文嬌對案件的執着打聽案情進展。
一開始，樊弘偉還有點收斂，直到顧文嬌生下兒子，自認為已經把握住顧文嬌的他才開始放肆。從憤怒中的一個耳光開始，漸漸發展到單方面毆打。顧文嬌一旦反抗，他便以兒子性命相挾，顧文嬌心地善良、母性濃厚，再加上與家人決裂，身單力薄，漸漸被他控制住。
顧文嬌的臣服，讓樊弘偉開始膨脹。
熊濤的金表他不敢戴在手上，趁一個出差的機會賣掉，但對那塊洋氣十足的金表念念不忘，漸漸成了一種執念。于是托楊旭剛出國訪問期間幫他帶了一塊回來，每天戴在手上。
征服顧文嬌帶給他的快感，随着時間的推移漸漸消失，顧文嬌這個人看着不哼不哈，但骨子裏卻有一種說不出來的執拗勁，怎麽打、怎麽吓，她骨子裏總有股說不出來的堅毅，這讓樊弘偉有些挫敗，于是開始在外面追求刺激。
玩女人不夠勁，那就玩男人。
花錢玩不夠勁，那就霸王硬上。
一次又一次，從來沒有人告他，也沒有人敢和他對抗。
