Chapter 174 Liu Yuner's Dominance

Madam Qin sighed helplessly, "Su'an, you're not in good health right now. You'd better worry less and take care of yourself. Wanyun manages the shop very well, so don't argue with her."

Wei also chimed in. Qin Suan's nose was almost crooked with anger! These were his biological mother and grandmother, and now they sold him out for a few bucks.

Liu Yun'er was even more disappointed.

Xie Wanyun stood up and left.

In the following days, she mostly lived in Mu Garden. She didn't have to see the faces of the people in the Qin family, and she felt much more relaxed when she was with the children.

Qin Su'an now hated not only Xie Wanyun but also the two old ladies. Taking advantage of Xie Wanyun's absence, he took over as the boss of the mansion. He would shout orders and scold servants all day long, causing chaos and widespread complaints.

Liu Yun'er shamelessly stayed, taking advantage of the opportunity to act like the mistress of the house. One day, a maid hadn't swept the moss off the steps, causing her to nearly slip. Furious, she pulled the maid's hair and slapped her several times, making her cry out and beg for mercy.

Liu Yun'er was so unreasonable that she smashed a porcelain bowl in the yard and pointed at the broken pieces and said to the maid, "Kneel down there and don't get up without my order!"

"Madam Liu, please forgive me! I won't dare to do it again!" The maid was so scared that she cried. It was so cold that she would freeze to death if she knelt in the yard.

"You guys only know how to please Xie Wanyun, and none of you take me seriously, right? Today I want you to see that I, Liu Yun'er, am not someone you can easily bully!" Liu Yun'er said viciously, with her hands on her hips.

She has been humble enough, and she will not miss the chance to show off her power.

The girl had no choice but to kneel on the debris, crying. The others watched, but dared not speak out. Although Xie Wanyun was strict with his subordinates, he was clear about rewards and punishments, and would never punish a servant without reason. Now that there was no tiger in the mountain, Liu Yun'er, the monkey, became the overlord.

By evening, Liu Yun'er still hadn't told the maid to get up. The girl was so frozen that her whole body was stiff and she couldn't even cry.

An old servant took pity on her and quietly took a piece of clothing for her to cover. Liu Yuner saw this and shouted at them, saying that if they dared to disobey her orders again, the old servant would be punished as well.

Qin Su'an watched coldly. After Liu Yun'er left, he took a piece of clothing and went over. He reached out and touched the girl's cold face, saying lustfully, "Serve me well, and I'll let you go."

The maid said nothing, but she hated the couple in her heart.

Qin Su'an looked around and saw that there was no one around. He whispered, "Go into the empty room in front and wait for me." He reached out to pull her.

The maid twisted her body slightly to avoid him, whispering, "Master, please spare me. If I go, I won't just be kneeling on porcelain shards. I'm afraid I'll be beaten to death immediately."

"Don't be afraid, I'm here." Qin Su'an opened his arms anxiously to hug her.

The maid was frozen stiff, unable to break free, and dared not cry out, so she could only cry and beg for mercy. Qin Su'an became increasingly interested, and as the two of them were entangled, they suddenly heard a servant loudly announce, "The Madam is here! Pay your respects to the Madam!"

Qin Su'an had no choice but to let the maid go in frustration. He frowned and asked dissatisfiedly, "Why is the Madam here?"

Wei was furious when she saw this scene. She pointed at Qin Su'an and cursed, "What can I say about you? You still won't stop even after all this?"

While asking someone to help the maid up, Wei saw that she was freezing so much that she asked her to go back to her room and rest. Turning around, she angrily said to Qin Su'an, "What a big mistake, you've been punished like this. If I hadn't come, would you have let this girl freeze to death here? Liu Yun'er is ignorant, and not only did you not try to persuade her, you even joined her in the mischief? For a family like ours, the death of a servant is not a big deal, but if the news gets out and someone with ulterior motives makes a fuss about it, it will be a big trouble. You've just been dismissed, and so many people are laughing at you, but instead of trying to restrain yourself, you're even worse. Are you trying to piss me off to death?"
