Chapter 67 Murder and Frame-up

The Fifth District Chief felt a chill in his throat.

His body shook violently, his eyes widened, and he turned to look at Lu Ziyi and Lu Hao, his face filled with disbelief.

This is his child.

Always try your best to behave in front of him, a good child!

The Fifth District Chief clutched his throat tightly with his fingers, and the gushing blood soon dyed his clothes red.

"Shopkeeper...save...save...me..."

He doesn't want to die!

"Shopkeeper... God... God's daughter... Miracle... Give me..."

Gu Huaiwei saw blood gurgling out from the hole in his neck, and then blood bubbles came out from his mouth and nostrils.

The mayor of District 5 fell out of his wheelchair.

He used all his strength to crawl towards Gu Huaiwei.

“Help…Help…”

His bloody hands stretched forward, trying to grab Gu Huaiwei.

At this time, he still felt that Gu Huaiwei could save him.

Gu Huaiwei took a step back to prevent the blood from splashing on herself.

How to save?

Gu Huaiwei is not a god, so she can't help him mend the hole in his throat.

Lu Ziyi killed someone, and Gu Huaiwei had no right to do anything about it.

"Oh, Dad, what's wrong with you?"

"Why are you bleeding so much? Does it hurt?"

Lu Ziyi stepped on the back of the head of the fifth district, and a faint smile appeared on her charming face.

The purple cheongsam looked particularly enchanting against the backdrop of blood.

"Let me help you pull it out. It won't hurt after I pull it out."

She bent down and slowly pulled the dagger out of the district chief's throat. Blood slid down the blade and splashed on her satin shoes.

"Dad, my brother and I love you very much. Don't worry, we will bring you back to District 5 intact and give you a lively funeral."

"We will inherit your position and manage District 5 well. We will not let your hard work go to waste."

Lu Ziyi licked the blood on the dagger with the tip of her tongue, then threw the dagger to her younger brother Lu Hao.

Lu Hao frowned the whole time, and kept stroking the ear that was pierced with black earrings, looking a little uneasy.

Gu Huaiwei watched the mayor of the fifth district struggle and take his last breath.

Die with eyes open.

So miserable.

The blood of the Fifth District Chief stained the carpet red.

Gu Huaiwei sat on the armrest of the sofa in the living room, thinking to herself, the person who lived there has passed away, who should be charged for the cleaning fee?

The carpet cleaning fee for the presidential suite is fifty gold coins.

There is no way to find a dead person.

Gu Huaiwei was ready to put the blame on Lu Ziyi.

"You don't seem surprised at all?" Lu Ziyi's voice was gentle, yet tinged with a hint of coldness. "Are you brave? Or are you just scared silly?"

Gu Huaiwei yawned: "You killed your father, what does it have to do with me?"

This was the second time someone killed someone in front of Gu Huaiwei.

As the saying goes, the first time is new, the second time is familiar.

Gu Huaiwei was not as surprised as she was the first time.

Lu Ziyi put one hand on her waist, pouted her red lips and said with some dissatisfaction: "My poor father had his throat pierced in your hotel. As the owner of this hotel, please take responsibility!"

Gu Huaiwei narrowed her eyes slightly, her long black hair falling on her shoulders. Her tone was incredibly calm: "You want to put the blame on me?"

"Don't say it so harshly. I just hope you can give us an explanation."

Gu Huaiwei was still in the mood to joke: "What do you want me to tell you? Do you want me to find you another father?"

Lu Ziyi and Lu Hao looked at each other.

The next second, the two men pounced on the body of the Fifth District Chief and began to act.

Lu Ziyi hugged the district chief's already cold body tightly. She cried and screamed, panicked and helpless, tears streaming down her delicate face and dripping onto the district chief's face, which was still open after death.

"Dad... wuwuwu... don't die, let me stop the bleeding for you."

"Why! Why is there so much blood? I can't stop it... Dad, what will my brother and I do without you?... Please don't die... No!"

Lu Ziyi burst into tears, her shoulders trembled violently, and her voice was hoarse.

Gu Huaiwei watched coldly. She felt that the acting could be given an 80-point score.

The remaining 20 points were deducted for the lines being too exaggerated.

Lu Hao knelt on the ground, grief-stricken. He clenched his fists and pounded them hard on the ground. "Damn it! Dad, I swear I will spend the rest of my life avenging you! Make those who hurt you pay the price!"

I give this a score of 70. The lines are normal, but the emotions are not on point.

After the two finished their duet, seeing that no one had rushed in from outside, Lu Ziyi stood up, opened the door and called for help.

Lu Hao was prepared. When the bodyguards came in, he would rush forward and pretend to fight with Gu Huaiwei.

Gu Huaiwei did not stop him.

She looked at the mess in front of her and sighed inwardly.

She feels that it is really not easy to run a small business on her own.

When Lu Ziyi left the corpse and went out to call for help, Gu Huaiwei took action.

She picked up the ashtray next to her, hid it behind her, and walked to Lu Hao who was still performing.

"Hey, stop acting, you don't have an audience right now."

Lu Hao stopped performing, a twisted smile appeared on his plain face, "Shopkeeper, you can't escape. Unless you cooperate with us, District 5 will never let you and your shop go, hahahaha."

"Well, I wasn't planning on running away at all."

The next second, Gu Huaiwei took advantage of his unpreparedness and smashed the ashtray hard on his head.
