"Mo Xuanshuang!" Mo Yong shouted.
The little white tiger happily raised its head, ready to receive praise: "Father, I'm here!"
"Take your meat and go back to your palace to eat!" Mo Yong waved his sleeve, and the meat chunks and the white tiger were blasted out of Xixiang Palace.
The little white tiger fell headfirst to the ground and rolled twice. Just as it came to its senses, it was slammed back to the ground by a piece of meat falling from the sky.
Seeing Mo Yong throw a piece of meat that was even bigger than the one he had given Ruoruo, Mo Xuanshuang happily picked it up and went back.
Hmph, fine, I'll eat it myself. I have more meat than my sister. As expected, Father still dotes on him the most!
The celestial servant, who was not far away, saw the little white tiger being thrown out and ran back to Luoying Palace with a serious expression to deliver the message.
The young boy in the crimson robe raised an eyebrow slightly: "That cat not only injured Mo Xuanshuang but also killed his crane, yet Father punished Mo Xuanshuang by making him reflect on his actions and even kicked him out?"
The fairy attendant lowered his head and said, "It is absolutely true."
The little boy patted the chubby little bird that was nodding sleepily with its eyes closed.
"Mo Jinyan, even the most favored Mo Xuanshuang has been bullied like this by her, how can you still sleep? Why don't we pack our bags and go to the human realm to avoid trouble?"
The little chubby bird yawned, and two tears welled up in DouDou's eyes: "You just want to escape to the human world to play! I'm not going with you. That Mo Xuan Shuang is brainless anyway, it's normal for her to be bullied. When night falls, I'll go and meet that cat."
Is it really that hard to handle a kitten that hasn't been trained in any way?
Inside Xixiang Palace, Ruoruo's little belly was round and full from eating. She happily nestled into the eggshell of an unopened milk-fragrant fruit, munching on the shell and grinding her teeth.
Mo Yong sat quietly to the side watching her, occasionally extending a finger to help Yan Ruoruo push the milk-scented fruit that was about to slip out of the eggshell back in.
After playing for a while, Xiao Ruoruo, who had been playing all day, became weaker and weaker, and gradually closed her eyes and started snoring softly.
Tinglan glanced at the sky outside and whispered a reminder, "Your Majesty, it's almost midnight."
A surge of black energy rose from Mo Yong's right wrist, and his pupils turned somewhat red.
He let his right hand hang naturally at his side, the wide sleeves of his robe embroidered with runes concealing the black aura emanating from it: "Very well, I'll leave Xixiang Palace to you. I'll come to see her again tomorrow."
Tinglan bowed respectfully as she saw Mo Yong off, her eyes filled with worry.
The seal on the evil poison within the monarch's body seems to have loosened slightly again. This seal has lasted for three days, but the effect is still not good.
Now that she has been sent here again, her future looks increasingly bleak.
However, given the previous example of the Celestial Official of Xixiang Palace, she could not afford to be perfunctory and was at a loss for how to break the deadlock. She grew increasingly disgusted with Yan Ruoruo.
Just after midnight, a young boy carrying a basket swaggered in front of the celestial attendants outside the Xixiang Palace.
The fairy servant remained dutifully standing at the door, completely oblivious to the young boy's presence.
He raised a lip and walked straight into Xixiang Palace, placing the basket under the window: "This invisibility talisman is really useful. Get me a few more to play with next time."
"This is the only one. I got it from Mo Wuyu with great difficulty. If you're so capable, go get it yourself." The little chubby bird in the basket struggled to open its sleepy eyes.
Upon hearing the name Mo Wuyu, the boy curled his lip and said, "Tsk, forget it. You'd better hurry up and make your move, or you'll attract Father's attention."
“Father will be in seclusion in the Ziwei Immortal Pavilion from now on, so he won’t find out.” The chubby little bird, carrying a golden candle in its mouth, walked to the windowsill. “You lure Tinglan away, and leave the rest to me. I’ll make that little girl cry her way out of the Immortal Realm.”
The young man gave a half-smile and turned to leave Xixiang Palace.
A moment later, a celestial servant from the Ziwei Immortal Pavilion reported with a serious and panicked expression: "Immortal Official Tinglan, His Majesty requests that you return to the Ziwei Immortal Pavilion immediately."
Tinglan recalled Mo Yong's unusual behavior today, and her head buzzed. Could it be that something had happened to the emperor?
She ignored Yan Ruoruo and replied casually, "You stay here and guard the young prince. I'll be right back."
As soon as Tinglan left, the immortal servant's figure slowly twisted and transformed into the appearance of a red-robed youth.
He glanced at the kitten in the eggshell on the bed, then slowly reached out his hand towards Yan Ruoruo's neck.
Mo Jinyan's pranks were too childish.
Why not just strangle the cat and be done with it? He could also conveniently frame Mo Jinyan in the palace. That scene would be quite interesting.
Ruoruo had no idea that she was in danger; instead, she smacked her lips, feeling extremely happy.
She found her mother, her father, and her brother who can give her many cranes. She can even sleep with fragrant Guoguo. She is now the happiest cat in the world!
Immediately afterwards, she dreamed of a crying little white tiger accusing her of stealing and killing a crane.
"Meow... Brother Xuanshuang, don't feel unwell. Give the meat to Brother Xuanshuang. Ruoruo isn't hungry..." The little kitten munched on the milk fruit while kicking it away with its paws.
At the same time, my stomach was making gurgling noises.
The boy paused, raising an eyebrow in surprise. This cat... was it coaxing Mo Xuanshuang, that stupid tiger, in her dream?
Even though his own stomach was growling, he was still dividing food up for Mo Xuanshuang...
Tsk, I thought he was some kind of powerful figure, but he's just a silly cat.
In that brief pause, Mo Jinyan peeked out from under the door: "I've lit the candles, come out quickly."
"Okay." The boy casually withdrew his hand, snapped his fingers near Yan Ruoruo's ear, and disappeared from the room.
Ruoruo felt as if a thunderclap suddenly exploded in her ears, startling her so much that she jumped out of the nutshell and crashed headfirst into the bedpost.
