Chapter 146 Self-destructive tendencies ended because of a lover

Outside the consultation room.

Qianjue was waiting with several bodyguards when her phone suddenly received a message.

After reading the message from the psychologist, he frowned slightly and waved to his bodyguard.

"Go find someone."

An hour passed, and there was still no movement in the examination room.

The psychologist gasped as he looked at Lu Rang, whose eyes were tightly closed and face was flushed.

"Young Master, I'd like you to recall what the weather was like that day? Where would you like to take your brother to play?"

After he finished speaking, he curled up his little finger to count.

The fifth time.

This time, it seems, will end in failure again.

This incident hurt Lu Rang too much. Even if he tried to climb out of that well and reconcile with the accident, he would eventually be overwhelmed by feelings of guilt and self-blame.

Because he had been exerting himself all the time, Lu Rang's facial capillaries ruptured, and his face turned an unnatural red.

His tongue was bitten raw, and blood kept seeping from his lips.

But Lu Rang didn't call for a stop, and the psychologist didn't dare to stop on his own.

Saving your life is the most important thing.

Seeing Lu Rang start to tremble again, he quickly intervened: "Young Master, what you are seeing now is only the past. There is someone waiting for you in the future. Who is she? Think about it carefully."

Lu Rang pursed his lips, his whole body trembling.

In the hypnotic vision, he was lying on top of a dry well, with his brother sinking deeper and deeper into the mud beneath him.

Lu Rang wanted to jump.

It was as if there was a suction force trying to pull him down hard.

He began to fight against the suction force, pinching his thigh hard, and then accurately found the wound on his arm and squeezed it down.

Blood was everywhere, soaking the gauze.

The doctor was taken aback and immediately rang the bell.

"Young Master! Young Master, wake up!"

This self-destructive tendency is more severe than ever before!

He unconsciously attacked the weakest and most injured part of his body!

"Young Master! Can you hear my voice? Wake up! That's all in the past! You have someone you love now, her name is Shang Wu, and you're getting engaged!"

The psychologist began to mention Shang Wu's name.

This is a safety measure, a last resort in case of emergency.

He would only use the person Lu Rang cared about most to awaken him, and he wouldn't do so lightly unless it was the last resort.

Otherwise, if Lu Rang hears these words in his subconscious the next time, he will automatically think that this is just a means of intervention.

However, Lu Rang remained unconscious.

He trembled, his blood-stained hands beginning to strangle himself.

The psychologist's legs went weak, and he rushed over to knock on the door.

"Someone come quick! Someone help stop the young master! I need to give him a sedative, he's going to die!"

As soon as he finished speaking, the door to the consultation room was pushed open.

Two bodyguards rushed in and were shocked to see Lu Rang covered in blood. They quickly pressed him down onto the treatment chair.

The psychologist rushed to get a sedative.

"Doctor, why is he bleeding from his mouth!" The bodyguard exclaimed in alarm.

The psychiatrist, pale as a ghost, shouted frantically, "He's trying to kill himself by biting his tongue! Pinch his jaw and make him open his mouth!"

The bodyguard immediately grabbed Lu Rang's jaw like an iron clamp.

However, even though his thumb was aching, Lu Rang pursed his lips and remained motionless.

The bodyguard gasped, "No way! We can't pry it open!"

The psychologist turned around and saw that Lu Rang's mouth was tightly closed and blood was gushing out. He was so frightened that his hands trembled and the syringe fell to the ground.

"Hurry up and push! All of you, come at me together!"

The two bodyguards exchanged a glance and then reached out to pry open Lu Rang's mouth.

"What are you doing!"

Suddenly, a shout rang out from outside.

Shang Wu rushed over and saw Lu Rang's tormented state, and her breath caught in her throat.

The psychiatrist opened the sedative and drew it into the syringe: "The young master attempted suicide by biting his tongue, and I'm having the bodyguards stop him."

Shang Wu bit her lip tightly, watching Lu Rang's pained and tormented appearance, standing rooted to the spot, unable to take a step forward.

Qianjue followed him in, urging, "Doctor, why are you in such a hurry to have me bring Miss Shang here? What is it for?"

The doctor sighed, took the syringe, and walked up to Lu Rang.

"We originally wanted Miss Shang to help with the intervention, but that's no use now. Let's just give her a sedative!"

The needle was aimed at Lu Rang's arm, ready to be inserted.

Shang Wu's eyes flickered, and she suddenly spoke up: "Wait, let me try."

Everyone was taken aback.

Shang Wu lifted her foot and walked up to Lu Rang.

"Get out of the way."

The bodyguard cried out anxiously, "He's trying to kill himself by biting his tongue! We can't let go!"

Shang Wu met his gaze with cold eyes: "Get out of the way."

She uttered only two words, and the bodyguard was inexplicably stunned, instinctively letting go.

Lu Rang, no longer bound, wanted to continue pinching himself.

His hands reached towards his throat.

Suddenly, a soft, cool hand reached out before him and covered his Adam's apple.

"Lu Rang".

Shang Wu's voice was soft, like she was singing a lullaby.

She coaxed, "Can you climb out of the well? Look, Lu Zheng isn't at the wellhead, nor is he the annoying bodyguard who follows you around all day."

The psychologist stared in shock.

Shang Wu actually understands hypnotic guidance?

Lu Rang's hand froze in mid-air, stopping abruptly.

Shang Wu gently pressed his hand down, and seeing the blood at the corner of his mouth, a pang of heartache flashed in her eyes.

She leaned close to Lu Rang's ear and said, "Look, look, your brother didn't drown in the mud. Look up quickly, he's waiting for you up there."

Lu Rang's eyelids twitched, and he began to relax.

"He's going to heaven, and he wanted to say goodbye to you before he left."
