Upon seeing that it was a call from the branch office, Shang Wu immediately stood up.
"Mom and Dad, you should get some rest. I still have to go to the company."
After saying that, she left in a hurry.
When she arrived at the company, several branch employees gathered together and handed her the documents with solemn expressions.
"Take a look at this. Our branch has been reported for allegedly falsifying accounts and evading taxes in two projects."
Shang Wu's heart sank. She took the document, opened it, and placed it back on the table.
"Isn't this a project that hasn't even started yet? It hasn't even reached the point of submitting a budget, so these amounts aren't real. How can it be considered falsifying accounts to evade taxes?"
The staff member shrugged: "But someone labeled this document as a real project of our branch and submitted it to the supervisory department to report us. The person in charge of the investigation just left, and it took us a lot of effort to explain the problem clearly."
Shang Wu paused slightly, "The most crucial question now is, who compiled and leaked this project information?"
She turned and sat down at the table, saying casually, "If you suspect anyone, just say so and produce the evidence directly. Don't speculate among yourselves and cause internal discord."
The two staff members exchanged a glance, surprised that Shang Wu knew what they were about to say.
"Yes, we all suspect that someone inside is deliberately sabotaging us."
Shang Wu was about to pick up the coffee candy on the table when she heard this, her fingertips froze, and she withdrew them.
She looked up at them.
Who are you talking about?
Staff member: "Attorney Lu."

The group started to get anxious.

Shang Wu still held onto the coffee candy and slowly peeled it open.

You can just watch as the company’s approval process is three days later than other companies!” Shang Wu slammed the table, her voice sharp and biting, like a chilling wind that could hurt people.
The two employees were so frightened that they trembled and quickly lowered their heads.
"We...we were confused for a moment. We thought Attorney Lu had ulterior motives in our company, so..."
"Come on!"
Shang Wu interrupted them, rubbing her temples.
She gets a headache whenever she gets angry, and she takes deep breaths to calm herself down.
“Lu Rang is someone I personally brought in. The trust between us is very important. No one is allowed to wrong him again! You are long-time employees of the business, so I won’t fire you, but you will be given a six-month probationary period.”
The two had nothing to say to each other and lowered their heads.
