This phone call made Ye Ru feel deeply uneasy.
Ye Ting was stabbed by Sheng Tianxiang because he was trying to secretly see her.
Ye Haiming must hate her to death now, after all, she is just an adopted daughter, while Ye Ting is his biological son.
However, in order not to be kicked out of the Ye family, Ye Ru had no other choice but to suppress her unease, compose herself, and nervously arrive at the agreed location.
A bald, slightly overweight middle-aged man was sitting opposite Ye Haiming, talking animatedly with him. Ye Ru felt a pang of panic, and the thought of running away arose in her mind.

Mr. Fang glanced at Ye Ru, his eyes narrowing into slits, and said with a smile, "Your daughter is really beautiful. Mr. Ye is very lucky."
As he spoke, he handed a contract to Ye Haiming, saying, "As long as President Ye signs this contract, Ye's and Fangda will be one family."
Ye Haiming took the contract, looked at it, and signed his name without hesitation.
Ye Ru watched all this in despair, "Dad, you can't do this to me!"
She collapsed to the ground, tears streaming down her face.
Ye Haiming looked at her coldly, as if she were a stranger.
"Ye Ru, I have done more than enough for you. Mr. Fang is a good man. He promised me that he would take good care of you. From now on, you should be Mr. Fang's wife obediently. He will not mistreat you."
Fang Jinwen stood up, walked to Ye Ru's side, patted her on the shoulder, and said with a smile, "Miss Ye Ru, now you are mine. Come with me."
Ye Ru looked up at the unfamiliar man in front of her, her heart filled with fear and helplessness.
"No! I don't want to! I don't want to go with you!"
She turned and knelt before Ye Haiming, clutching his trouser leg and pleading, "Dad, please save me! I don't want to marry this old man!"
She cried her heart out, but Ye Haiming remained unmoved.
"That's not up to you!"
Ye Haiming's face darkened, and he gestured to the bodyguard beside him to help Ye Ru up. "Take her away!"
Upon receiving the order, the two bodyguards immediately stepped forward and grabbed Ye Ru's arms. Ye Ru struggled desperately, but her strength was far inferior to that of the two burly bodyguards.
"Let me go! Help!"
Ye Ru shouted desperately, but unfortunately, no one present would lend a helping hand to save her.
Seeing this, Fang Jinwen nodded in satisfaction and said to Ye Haiming, "Thank you for your kindness, Mr. Ye. I will definitely treat your daughter well."
Ye Haiming: "Just remember what you promised me. Our Ye Group will take 80% of the profits from this cooperation."
Fang Linwen assured Ye Haiming, "Of course, it's already written in the contract, and I, Fang Jinwen, will always keep my word."
Ye Ru, heartbroken, cried out to Ye Haiming, "Dad...aren't you afraid that Abner will hate you when she wakes up and finds out all this?"
Ye Haiming stared at Ye Ru with a gloomy expression, without saying a word.
Ye Ru cried louder and louder, continuing, "Dad... Abner and I are in love, why do you insist on stopping us from being together? Now you want me to marry this old man! Why are you so cruel to me? Just because I'm not your biological daughter?"
"Smack!"
Ye Haiming raised his hand and slapped Ye Ru hard across the face. His eyes were bloodshot and filled with hatred as he said:
"How dare you say that! If it weren't for the fact that I've raised you for so many years and I'm afraid of hurting Ting'er, I would beat you to death right now!"
After saying that, he waved his hand and said, "Take this to Mr. Fang's room right away! I don't want to see her again!"
Soon, Ye Ru was forcibly dragged into the room by the bodyguards. Before she went in, the bodyguards stuffed an unknown pill into her mouth. Her eyes were filled with despair and fear.
"Let me out! You bunch of bastards!" Ye Ru kept banging on the door, but to no avail.
Fang Jinwen sat on the sofa, looking at Ye Ru's terrified expression, and revealed a smug smile.
"Don't waste your energy, Miss Ye Ru. From today onwards, you are my woman." Fang Jinwen slowly approached Ye Ru and reached out to stroke her face.
Ye Ru disgustedly pulled her hand away. "Don't touch me! You disgusting old man!"
"Hmph, don't be ungrateful. If you listen to me, I might treat you better. Otherwise..." Fang Jinwen threatened coldly.
Ye Ru bit her lip tightly, tears streaming down her face.
Looking at Fang Jinwen's ugly face, she was filled with despair. She decided to endure for the time being and look for an opportunity to escape.
"I want to take a shower," Ye Ru said to Fang Jinwen.
Fang Jinwen smiled, assuming Ye Ru had come to her senses, and didn't stop her from going to the bathroom.
"Go ahead, Miss Ye Ru, but you'd better hurry up and wash. My patience is limited."
After entering the bathroom, Ye Ru locked the door, quickly opened the window, and checked the height; it wasn't too high.
She looked around, took a deep breath, climbed out of the window, and carefully stood on the air conditioner unit.
Just as she was about to jump to another building, she suddenly heard Fang Jinwen's voice.
"You bitch, trying to run away?" Fang Jinwen said viciously.
It turned out that he had been anticipating Ye Ru's move all along.
Ye Ru trembled with fright, her legs went weak, and she almost fell, but Fang Jinwen grabbed her ankle with one large hand.
