Under the plane trees on both sides of the road, stalls were set up, with HR representatives at the front, smiling and introducing their products to every student who stopped to stop.
Lin Yue had just come out of the library alone and was on her way to the cafeteria with her books in her hands. As she passed by the sycamore-lined avenue, she was so captivated by the scenery under the trees that she didn't watch where she was going and bumped straight into someone.
"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry," Lin Yue apologized hastily.
"It's nothing." It was Yin Fangye who spoke.
Lin Yue stared blankly at him, feeling that he looked somewhat familiar, but she couldn't remember where she had seen him before.
"Have we met somewhere before?"
Yin Fangye smiled slightly, "In courtyard number fifteen, the Song family, Yin Fangye."
Lin Yue smiled knowingly, "I remember now, Director Yin's son."
What are you doing here?
"Campus recruitment, huh?" He pointed behind him.
Lin Yue nodded thoughtfully, "Then you go ahead with your work, I won't bother you any longer, I'll be going now."
After saying that, he was about to turn and leave.
"Lin Yue!" Yin Fang suddenly strode forward and called out to her.
"Is there anything else?" Lin Yue blinked, looking at him with a puzzled expression.
Yin Fang also glanced at his watch; it was 11:30. "Let's have dinner together. It's on me, as a way of thanking Chengye for his help to my company."
Lin Yue politely declined, saying, "I'm so sorry, I have plans with a friend later."
Yin Fang didn't insist anymore, "Oh, okay, then maybe next time."
Lin Yue nodded, picked up her books, turned around and left quickly, but in the opposite direction from the cafeteria.
Just as I reached the corner of the building, I saw Tang Shiting walking towards me.
Lin Yue smiled and waved, "Hello, Teacher Tang."
Tang Shiting flashed his irresistible smile. "Lin Yue, hello there. Haven't eaten yet? Come on, let's go eat. It's on me."
"Okay." Lin Yue agreed without thinking. Teacher Tang is one of our own, no need to be polite.
