Song Yunzheng glanced ahead. The snow on the road had long been trampled hard by passersby, making it the easiest place to slip and fall. The pedestrians on the road walked very, very slowly, like faltering old men.
He took off the scarf from his neck and tied it around Lin Yue's neck. Then, he reached out and pulled her tightly into his arms, so that if she fell, he could be her human cushion.
Lin Yue nestled in his arms like a docile kitten, happily accepting the envious glances from the other girls, her heart pounding with joy.
"Honey, you need to be careful. It's fine if I fall, but it would be a problem if you did..."
"Hmm? Are you subtly implying that I'm getting old?" Song Yunzheng said softly, a hint of amusement in his voice.
"Huh? No, why would you think that? You're not old at all, you're the youngest." Lin Yue pretended to be innocent and pitiful, blinking her bright eyes.

Lin Yue patted Song Yunzheng's chest, feigning composure, "Don't worry, since you're with me, I'll take full responsibility for you, unless..."
Song Yunzheng raised an eyebrow and glared at her. "Unless? Unless what?"
Lin Yue kept him in suspense, her eyes curving like crescent moons. "I won't tell you, hahaha..." she said, and then ran off like a mischievous little monkey.
"Hey, don't run, be careful you don't fall..."
In the snow, Song Yunzheng, like a loving father, played and laughed with her, yet worried that she might bump into something. These sweet interactions were witnessed by Mo Yanhuan in a nearby coffee shop.

His languid gaze was fixed on the small figure outside the window, completely ignoring the man beside her. A barely perceptible smile played on his lips, and his clear, bright eyes shone with a gentle light…
