"Honey, I want to eat hot pot...is that okay?"
"No way!" Song Yunzheng refused without hesitation, without even thinking. Just recalling how much spicy hot pot and fried food she had eaten that morning gave him a headache.
"You stingy little thing!" Lin Yue turned her head away angrily, like an angry little pufferfish, refusing to look at him again.
Looking at her puffed-up profile, Song Yunzheng shook his head helplessly, sighing inwardly: He had just appeased her, and now she's angry again over hot pot. It's not worth it. With that thought, he quickly turned the car around at the next intersection and sped towards the nearest hot pot restaurant.
Looking at the ever-changing scenery outside the car window, Lin Yue asked in confusion, "Where are we going?"
"There's a little glutton who's been clamoring for hot pot. She gets angry if I don't give it to her. What can I do? I can only take her to eat it." Song Yunzheng's lips curled up slightly, revealing a doting smile.
"Yay! Long live!"
Upon arriving at the hot pot restaurant, the pungent, spicy aroma assaulted Song Yunzheng's nostrils, causing him to frown slightly. Lin Yue, on the other hand, was like a lively little monkey; without needing a waiter to guide her, she skipped and hopped into the restaurant, found an empty seat by the window, and plopped down on it.
"Honey, come on, sit next to me." Lin Yue excitedly patted the empty seat next to her.
"I've let you have your fill today, but for a long time to come, I won't let you touch these things again. You should be prepared." Song Yunzheng rubbed her head, speaking the most "cruel" words in the gentlest voice.
"Okay, anyway, I had a good time today." Lin Yue shrugged indifferently and picked up her phone to scan the QR code to order.
Soon after the waiters finished serving the dishes, Song Yunzheng was stunned. The table was full of meat, all from different parts of the cow...
"Are you trying to eat beef? Eating so much meat tonight, and it's all spicy, can your stomach handle it?" Song Yunzheng was already starting to worry.
