Shanks and Makino
A ray of kumquat light gradually emerged from the horizon.
The sea surface is illuminated by the morning light, rippling with layers of ripples, reflecting a crystal clear colorful halo.
Meli lay on the bow of the boat, looking up and staring at the dock that was getting closer and closer.

The boat slowly approached the shore, and Merry lay on the side of the boat, looking around expectantly.
I heard that Luffy’s hometown is here. Where is he now?
Uta walked up to Meli and said, "Meli-chan, are you looking for someone? I haven't seen you look so expectant in a long time."
"Well~" Meli turned around and smiled. She didn't know how to explain it to Uta, "I just feel like it would be fun here."

"You know my grandfather?" Luffy ignored Merry and Uta. He looked at Shanks, "Who are you?"
"My name is Shanks, and I'm the captain of this pirate ship."
Luffy continued to threaten: "I warn you, if you dare to do anything bad here, I will not let you off easily."

Shanks didn't take the threat from a child seriously and just smiled casually.
Seeing Luffy's serious look, Merry covered his mouth and smiled foolishly, his eyes curved into crescents: He is worthy of being Luffy, he dares to challenge the billionaire pirate Shanks at the age of seven.
Uta pouted, a little confused: "Merry, what are you laughing at?"
"Ah, nothing much, I just think this kid is quite interesting."

"It's okay." Merry's filter is not shallow. She thinks that Luffy who looks so fierce is also very cute.

Shanks took Uta and Merry and quickly found the village market.

One of the bandits suddenly reached out and pushed Makino's shoulder hard.
"Oh my God!" Makino exclaimed, lost his balance, and the things in his arms began to slip out.
Seeing Makino's miserable appearance about to fall, the two bandits laughed unscrupulously.
At the critical moment, three figures rushed out from the crowd.
Uta and Meli flew forward at the same time to help catch the falling objects. Meli's hands and tentacles moved out together, stretched out, and caught all the objects like an acrobat, preventing them from falling to the ground.
At the same time, Merry sprayed two streams of water from his mouth, hitting the eyes of the two bandits.
"Ah!" The bandits covered their eyes, and their laughter instantly turned into wails.
On the other side, a pair of strong hands hugged Makino in time.
Shanks came to Makino's side and hooked her hard, and Makino was embraced in his arms.
Makino's body was pressed against Shanks' chest, and she could clearly feel his strong muscles and powerful heartbeat.
"Are you okay?" The voice was a little hoarse, but unexpectedly carried a certain indescribable sexiness.
Shanks's whisper brushed past Makino's ears, causing a tingling sensation in her ears.

She raised her hands and placed them on Shanks' hot chest, creating some distance between their bodies.

Shanks reacted extremely quickly, and his big hands once again hugged Makino's sliding body in time.
The soft cheek hit the muscles as hard as rock, and the collision was quite fierce.
Makino grimaced in pain, completely unaware that in her panic, her hands inevitably hugged the waist and shoulders of the person in front of her.
The slender body sank deeply into the warm and firm body, being wrapped up in an aggressive manner.
Shanks felt the unfamiliar softness in his arms, and his whole body froze in an instant as if struck by an electric current. He had never had such close contact with the opposite sex before. He could clearly feel his heart beating uncontrollably, as if it was about to burst through his chest.
Shanks didn't know how to react for a moment, and subconsciously hugged the person tighter with his hands to prevent him from falling again.
His breathing was a little rapid, and he lowered his head with a blank look, just in time to meet Makino's gaze.

When Shanks was about to say something, the voices of Merry and Uta sounded beside him, with a naive and childish tone.
"Why is Shanks hugging this sister so tight?!"
While Shanks and Makino were stunned, Merry had already chased the bandits away, and the things that were almost thrown were placed steadily on the ground by her and Uta.
The two little guys stood aside, staring at Shanks and Makino curiously, whispering in their ears.
"Idiot, Shanks is taking care of this sister."
"Oh, yes, sister's face is so red, is she sick?"
"Shanks' face is red too. Are they both sick?"
Although the sound was small, it reached Shanks' ears accurately. Only then did he suddenly wake up.
Shanks's face stiffened slightly. He glanced sideways at Merry and Uta, two pairs of innocent eyes staring at them curiously.
He coughed lightly and explained in a dissembling way, "Um... um, this sister was injured. I was just worried that she would fall, so I held her."
"Oh—you're hurt—" Meli and Uta dragged out the last word, as if they had seen through his little thoughts long ago, and deliberately teased him, "We know, then you can continue to hold me."
Shanks didn't care about the two children's teasing, but Makino's face turned red and almost burned. She shyly wanted to push Shanks away, and suddenly exclaimed.
Shanks actually picked up Makino horizontally.
"Your foot is injured and it's difficult for you to walk. Where is your home? I...we can take you back."
Makino nervously grabbed Shanks' shirt and said, "Is this too much trouble for you?"
Before Shanks could answer, Merry answered first: "It's okay, we have plenty of free time."
Uta also nodded: "That's right, leave it to us!"
"Let's go." Shanks held Makino in his arms and strode in the direction she pointed.
Merry was very strong, and his tentacles easily held up Makino's things. He and Uta followed Shanks, chattering and asking questions.
Makino and Shanks exchanged names and chatted for a while.
They soon arrived at the door of a bar.
Shanks looked at the sign at the door and was a little surprised: "Your house is a bar?"
"Yes, I am the owner of this bar."
“Looks like a really nice bar.”
"Haha, thank you for the compliment."
Makino nodded, she took her hand out of Shanks' arms and opened the bar door with the key.
"Everyone, please come in."
