Chapter 28, Dadada 28 appears.

Xi Xinxin had originally planned to go back to school. However, her parents insisted that she go out and relax more, since the doctor had said it was caused by stress. They hoped their daughter wouldn't be under so much pressure. It's said that the final year of high school can cause many students to break down academically. They were also very worried about their daughter.

However, she was happy to be free from sitting blankly in the classroom listening to the knowledge she already knew.

Today, Xi Xinxin doesn't want to read novels anymore. She plans to see if there are any different TV dramas or variety shows in the world.

I randomly picked a fantasy drama to watch. It seemed to be filming and airing simultaneously. The plot wasn't cliché; it told the story of the female lead gradually becoming a powerful figure through her own efforts. The male and female leads were both incredibly handsome and beautiful, and there weren't many romantic entanglements.

Xi Xinxin lay on the bed, grabbed a bag of potato chips, turned on the projector, and happily started watching. There were only a dozen or so episodes yet, though. The content was rich, and the characters had no intellectual limitations. She finished watching it in no time. Xi Xinxin then looked up the director's information. She discovered that the director had found a very suitable person for the next role and asked everyone to look forward to it.

Xi Xinxin felt so uncomfortable that she couldn't even eat potato chips. She thought the TV series was already finished when she saw it recommended on the homepage. She had only just started watching it. She thought angrily, "They really don't know the rules. Don't they know the unwritten rule of not recommending shows that aren't finished?"

She left a sharp comment in the TV series' comment section: "It's over, kick me out."

Xi Xinxin suddenly wanted to learn something new. In reality, both her first job and her current one were in the medical field. Actually, the latest batch of vaccines was almost ready for trials, and once she left, she would begin conducting experiments with her team. But really, Xi Xinxin couldn't think of anything right now.

She wouldn't worry about forgetting what she'd learned over time, so she could take advantage of this great opportunity to do something.

As for my future here, I'll think about it slowly.

When I returned to school, I saw Ji Nianya and Xi Dai discussing something.

After asking her, Xi Xinxin roughly understood what had happened.

During that arts competition, the two girls made it into the top five. Two violinists were in the audience. They immediately took notice of Jinian Ya and Xi Dai. These two violinists had visited the school and performed more than once, but few of them truly impressed them. They approached Jinian Ya first, expressing their desire to mentor her.

She was commemorating her years of studying violin with elegance. She knew who these two teachers were; they were very famous and prestigious figures in the music world. It was said that none of their students failed to achieve success. She was also very happy to be selected. However, since Xi Dai had played with her in duets, she was discussing with Xi Dai whether she should join their tutelage.

After a moment's thought, Xi Dai declined; her future was never about becoming a violinist. Ji Nianya didn't try to persuade her further and returned to her seat.

"Dai Dai, what do you want to do in the future?" Xi Xinxin asked casually.

What if the family business were to be inherited by someone related by blood? Xi Dai fell silent. Her parents certainly weren't biased. Xi Xinxin's arrival hadn't diminished their care. But perhaps the inheritance should still go to someone related by blood: "I might start my own business. I want to be like my father."

"Hmm? Aren't you supposed to be inheriting the family business?"

Xi Dai rubbed her hands awkwardly: "It's better to leave these to your own children."

Xi Dai thought Xi Xinxin would be touched, or perhaps criticize her for not being diligent enough. Unexpectedly, her expression was one of utter alarm: "No, no, no, no! You want to hand over so much stuff to me? And then I have to deal with so much stuff? I don't want it! ...

Inheriting a family business? That's a whole lot of business warfare! Xi Xinxin's head throbbed at the thought. She absolutely disliked it. She only knew the kind of business warfare that involved leaving negative reviews behind people's backs. Oh, and the kind that involved returning goods behind people's backs. Could those even be called business warfare?

Could it be that Xi's parents want to give these things to her? Impossible, impossible. Xi Xinxin was on the verge of collapse. She tightly gripped Xi Dai's hand: "These things are only for you, baby!"

Xi Dai had never expected things to turn out this way. She was also shocked when she heard her parents recount how Xi Xinxin had cried and begged her to inherit the family business that night. But those are things that happened later.
