Boss Li instantly understood what was going on, but looked at Lin Shih-han with some disbelief.
"Third sister-in-law, did you do this?"
Lin Shih-han shrugged, holding the fire poker in one hand and giving a wicked smile.
"Yeah! If they want to hit me, I'll hit them back!"
Are you going to lay a hand on me too?
Old Lady Li lay on the ground groaning. When Li Laoda saw his mother beaten like this, he immediately rolled up his sleeves and walked towards Lin Shihhan.
"Well, sister-in-law, you're quite capable. It seems I have to teach you a lesson today, or you'll know how to be a daughter-in-law in the Li family!"
"You dare to lay a hand on your mother-in-law, and you even dare to lay a hand on your sisters-in-law! Humph, is this how Chen Jiang raised you?"
Lin Shih-Han rolled her eyes and nodded.
"Yes, you're right, it was my stepfather Chen Jiang who taught me."
He said he could bully anyone in your family.
Today, Li Lao Er was arrested for gambling with others, and it was my stepfather who asked me to report him.
He won't be coming back for at least a month.
"What? You reported my second brother?"
"You damned bitch, I'm going to beat you to death today!"
After he finished speaking, he rolled up his sleeves and walked towards Lin Shih-Han.
"ah,"
"ah,"
Granny Li and Zhang Cuihua yelled at him, basically telling him to beat Lin Shih-han to death.
Lin Shihhan glanced at Boss Li, whose lower body was unsteady.
Dealing with him was really easy. He looks like a big guy, but his explosive power is actually not that great.
Just as his fist came down, Lin Shihhan dodged it swiftly.
He then used the fire poker in his hand to stab him hard in the lower body.
While he was in pain and his face was flushed red, I moved behind him and kicked him in the butt.
She kicked him to the ground, and before he could get up, Lin Shih-han stomped on his lumbar vertebrae again.
"Get away from me!"
Lin Shih-han was speechless and poked his head with a fire poker.
"It seems you haven't grasped the situation yet. From now on, I'll be the one in charge of this household."
As long as Li Laosan and I don't get a divorce, you won't have a good life.
Oh right, I forgot to tell you, I don't want a divorce yet.
So, you all need to behave well from now on.
If you upset me, I won't be polite to you, you know?
Do you know what I mean? Speak up!
You're not going to tell, huh? Fine!
After Lin Shih-han finished saying "okay," she stepped on Li Laoda's other hand with her other foot.
"Ahhh! You damn bitch, let me go!"
Li Laosan came out of the house trembling, thinking that Lin Shihan didn't know.
He went to the kitchen, grabbed a cleaver, and charged at Lin Shih-han.
"Aaaaah, I'll chop you to death, you filthy old woman!"
Lin Shihhan was speechless. Good heavens, no wonder he could kill the original owner and throw her into a cesspool.
They actually went straight for the knife.
Indeed, to survive in this family, you have to be absolutely strong, or you'll be bullied to death.
If the Li family is given even the slightest chance to turn things around, they will trample her to death.
Having dodged Li Laosan's cleaver, she grabbed his wrist and twisted it, taking the cleaver from his hand.
Then, he used the back of the cleaver to strike Li Laosan on the back of the neck, stunning him completely.
He collapsed to the ground, a puddle of water gushing out from beneath him.
Lin Shih-han frowned as she looked at it.
"Someone like you should behave yourself from now on, or I'll really chop you up next time."
We'll throw you into a septic tank, so no one can find you. You can try it if you don't believe me.
Li Laosan burst into tears.
"Waaaaah, you're bullying me! Waaaaah!"
Lin Shih-han remained silent.
"Crying won't do you any good. Be good from now on, or I'll beat you nine times a day, understand?"
"I know, I know."
Li Laosan sobbed and cried.
A venomous glint flashed in Li Laoda's eyes as he looked at Lin Shihhan with a gaze that seemed to be coated with poison.
I believe that if given the chance, he will retaliate.
But what Lin Shih-Han fears least is his backlash; she's afraid he'll be beaten into submission in one go, which would be so boring.
She tucked the kitchen knife under her armpit and walked straight into the room where she and Li Laosan lived.
"Don't prepare my meal tonight. I'll be sleeping in my own room tonight, and none of you are to bother me, or else... hmph!"
She finished speaking and left, kicking the eldest son of the Li family aside as she passed him.
Li Laoda, who had been kicked five meters away, let out a muffled groan.
Granny Li and the others stood up from the ground, but dared not go forward again.
He could only watch helplessly as she walked past him.
Back inside, she locked the doors and windows, and then entered the space.
There was also white rice that I had cooked that morning, and dishes that I had packed from a restaurant.
Her space was like a large storage room, containing some post-apocalyptic crystal cores and a bunch of supplies she had hoarded.
Firearms and spacesuits, as well as Hanfu (traditional Han clothing) and a bunch of protective gear, all sorts of random things are scattered all over the antique shelves.
Instant noodles, bottled water, and compressed biscuits were the most common items.
Eating hot rice and vegetables, that's true enjoyment.
She lay down on the large bed next to her and got a good night's sleep; she was exhausted after a long day.
The Li family members outside looked at each other in bewilderment and helped one another up.
Never before have their hearts been so united.
Li Laoda raised his hand and pressed their chins down, then looked at Li Laosan, who was still sitting on the ground crying, and said:
"Third brother, don't cry. You've married a shrew."
