Chapter 76 A Few Rats

"That's settled then. See you tomorrow morning." After discussing it, several people went home.

Lu Angqing offered to restore power supply to several other buildings in the community in exchange for the clues, weapons, and transportation in Lin Lang's hands.

Lin Lang agreed. When Lu Angqing found a few helpers with backgrounds and fixed the power supply in the community overnight, he got a few names from Lin Lang as he wished.

Lu Angqing knew one of those names and also knew where he lived.

"I know this person," Lu Angqing pointed at one of the names and said through gritted teeth:

"He's the CEO of Yunhai Group. I've heard he has a special hobby. He lives in Xiangshan No. 1, so let's start with him.

Boss Lin, I know you're a cold-faced person with a warm heart. If I hadn't brought my daughter back, I hope you could find those beasts for those children and make them pay the price they deserve."

Lu Angqing spoke to Lin Lang with a look of admiration and trust.

Lin Lang looked at him expressionlessly, nodding almost inaudibly. Actually, even if he didn't say it, he would have gone.

Lin Lang asked him to drive the Hummer away and gave him some supplies and a assault rifle, hoping that he could save his daughter.

After Lu Angqing left, Lin Lang still took Chen Mo and others to the warehouse yesterday to move supplies.

Along the way, several sneaky figures followed them.

"Boss, someone is following us," Chen Mo said to Lin Lang.

"I know, a few mice, let them follow." Lin Lang said in an extremely cold voice.

Arriving at the snow cave from yesterday, Lin Lang checked it out and found that the markings were well hidden, so it seemed that it had not been exposed yet.

Chen Mo and his men quickly cleared the snow and, after reaching the warehouse, began moving supplies. Several sneaky figures followed, dug a few snow holes next to the warehouse, and waited inside.

As if they didn't see them, Chen Mo and his team were concentrating on carrying the supplies. Soon, Chen Mo and his team loaded all the supplies onto the car and planned to go back first.

Lin Lang, who was guarding the warehouse, knew that the men were hiding in a nearby snow cave. He deliberately did not expose them, hoping to see how long they could hide there.

Sure enough, as soon as Chen Mo and the others left, these people couldn't stand it anymore and crawled out of the snow cave one after another and entered the warehouse one by one.

Lin Lang had already seen their actions and was sitting in the middle of the warehouse waiting. When the four people came in, they saw Lin Lang sitting on a chair in the middle, looking at them with a sneer.

Her eyes were cold and determined, like a ferocious beast gazing at its prey. They sensed the oppressive feeling emanating from her, and a sudden fear arose in their hearts.

The four of them exchanged glances, each sensing the uneasiness in the other's heart. They had previously thought they were being very cautious, having avoided any suspicion during their tracking, but now, seeing Lin Lang's sneer, they realized the danger.

Lin Lang's gaze fell on them, as if she could see into their hearts. Her voice was cold and loud: "You've been hiding in the snow cave for so long, how much do you plan to steal?"

The four people's throats felt dry and they tried to explain, but Lin Lang waved his hand to interrupt them.

"Don't waste your breath. I already knew what you were planning." Lin Lang's voice was filled with sarcasm. "Do you think no one knows what you're discussing in that corner?"

After hearing Lin Lang's words, the few people were shocked and even more confused. They looked at each other, suspicion welling up in their hearts. Could it be that one of them had informed on someone?

The few people who were originally standing together instantly looked at each other with an attacking and defensive attitude.

An awkward standoff developed between the four people, who stood face to face, attacking each other.

The first person said anxiously, "One of you must have leaked our plan! We discussed it so secretly, how could she know about it?"

The second person immediately retorted, "Nonsense! I wouldn't do that! I didn't even tell my family! You're the most suspicious person. Maybe you were the one who secretly colluded with Lin Lang."

"Me? You are the traitor!" the first person retorted angrily.

The third person hesitated for a moment, then bluntly accused the fourth person: "I think he was the one who snitched! He was slow this morning and was the last one to enter the warehouse just now."

The fourth betrayer frowned. "What nonsense are you talking about? It was my suggestion that we come here. Can you guys use some common sense?"

They accused each other, scrambling to clear themselves of suspicion, each trying to shift the blame onto the others. Their voices grew increasingly shrill, the arguments escalating as the four of them blamed each other, shifting the blame. The atmosphere became extremely tense.

Lin Lang sat quietly in a chair, legs crossed, watching the exchange of insults between them. Her eyes were deep and calm, like a bottomless lake, without a trace of emotion.

Lin Lang didn't say anything, just observed silently.

"Stop arguing, she's trying to sow discord!" the fourth person yelled, and only then did he realize what was going on when he saw Lin Lang looking at them so quietly.

The other three people quieted down and looked at Lin Lang in anger and shame, with a complex mixture of anger at being toyed with and helplessness.

One of them probably wanted to give it a try, so he took out a kitchen knife from his pocket and rushed towards Lin Lang with a "ah ah" sound.

Lin Lang raised his hand and flicked his index finger, sending the man flying out of the warehouse door. He was seen spitting blood and his tibia was broken.

The other three were so frightened by this horrific act that they shrank to the ground and begged for mercy.
