Chapter 55 Hot Spring Resort (Part 3)

The riverbank here is actually quite clean, except for a small section with some mud just outside the flagstone path; the rest is covered in pebbles and fine sand. The closer you get to the riverbed, the finer the sand becomes.

Wang Zhilan followed closely behind, covering her mouth and chuckling as she watched Yao Niang's helpless expression.

"Princess, you've frightened Yaoniang!"

As she spoke, she took advantage of Yao Niang's inattention to scoop up a handful of river water, and with a flick of her wrist, she attacked Yao Niang and Princess Ruining.

Princess Ruining was not to be outdone. She let go of Yaoniang's arm, bent down, and retaliated by grabbing water.

Yao Niang was also a little tired, and stopped when she saw an opportunity. Princess Ruining, however, was a little annoyed and laughed and scolded, "Serves you right for ambushing me! You were the first to attack, but you're the first to feel tired?"

As he spoke, he pushed the water towards Wang Zhilan from his chest with his palm, creating another wave.

Wang Zhilan smiled and turned her head to dodge, but when she turned her head, her body swayed and she seemed to have lost her footing on a stone at the bottom of the river, and she fell into the water.
