Jiang Siyu looked up at An Ning, who was stammering, and that emotionless glance felt like a heavy hammer blow to An Ning's heart.
She didn't know why this girl, who looked even younger than her, had such a powerful aura, but she knew that if she continued to be timid and hesitant, there was no point in her being the president's assistant.
Taking a deep breath, An Ning replied quickly and clearly, "Vice President Lin and his assistant haven't arrived yet."

"Company policy stipulates that anyone who is late or absent from an important company meeting without a valid reason will be given a warning and have all of their monthly performance bonus and performance pay deducted after verification."
As soon as Wang Xue finished speaking, Jiang Siyu hummed in response, and turned her chair halfway to face Lin Sui, who was standing there awkwardly.
She leaned back in her chair and tapped her crossed legs slightly.
"As a long-time employee of Guanjing, Vice President Lin is surely more familiar with the company's regulations than I am. Do you have any objections to this punishment?"
The moment Wang Xue finished speaking, Lin Sui knew that while he wanted to give Jiang Siyu a hard time, she had no intention of letting him off the hook either.

“Evidence,” she began.
Lin Sui was taken aback: "What evidence?"

Lin Sui was deliberately wasting time in the office; he didn't really have any evidence to offer.
His smile froze slightly, a hint of resentment in his eyes at Jiang Siyu's ruthlessness.
His words just now clearly gave her a way out. Since Jiang Siyu wants to break off relations, then she shouldn't blame him for being ruthless.
A glint of ruthlessness flashed in Lin Sui's eyes, but he shrugged innocently.
"I'm sorry, Mr. Jiang, I can't produce the evidence you're talking about. But as a key member of the company, I, Lin Sui, have worked hard for the company over the years and I believe I have a clear conscience."
"If President Jiang is going to start this fire as a new official, then I, Lin Sui, will accept it."

"Shall we pass?" Jiang Siyu glanced at him, her shadow gracefully returning to its original position.
"Wasn't this something you, Vice President Lin, worked hard to achieve?"
She placed her fingers on the conference table, her gaze sweeping over each face in the room.
Lin Sui's angry gaze was almost tangible, but Jiang Siyu's expression remained calm.
"As the branch manager directly appointed by the company, I know there are many who disagree with me. For example, our Vice President Lin..."
"However, if you disagree with me, you can openly question me to my face. I, Jiang Siyu, may be younger than you seniors, but that doesn't mean I know less than you."
