Chapter 54: The Doomsday Boss Despised by the Trash Green Tea Canary 17 (1/2)

Huo Wei rushed in and saw Yuan Jiang looking at him with tears in her eyes, looking aggrieved. Her face was full of accusations: "It's all your fault."

"Blame me, blame me." Huo Wei squatted in front of her, rubbing her swollen knees with his warm hands. His eyes were full of worry, and his long brows were tightly furrowed. "I'll help you wash."

Seeing that she was about to show a frightened expression again, Huo Wei hurriedly explained: "I promise not to do anything. If I lie to you again, you will sleep on the sofa for a month."

Last night, he said enough multiple times, but each time it was a lie.

Yuan Jiang almost fainted from crying. She had never cried so much before.

She sobbed hoarsely, "Then you have to keep your word, otherwise I will really ignore you."

This was the last time she would trust Huo Wei! She swore!

"Don't worry, last night was all an accident. I will definitely keep my word now." Huo Wei also knew that he was in the wrong, and coaxed Yuan Jiang in a soft voice, with a gloomy look in his narrow eyes.

Yuan Jiang looked at him timidly, and when she saw his assurance and serious expression, she slowly raised her arms and put them around his neck.

Huo Wei picked her up and carefully put her into the bathtub. The warm water in the bathtub soaked her entire body.

The aches and pains were relieved at this moment, Yuan Jiang's frown finally relaxed a little, and he let go of Huo Wei's neck.

Huo Wei took a look at her, and after making sure that she was not feeling unwell, he squeezed shampoo into his hands and washed her seaweed-like black hair. He was very serious and seemed to have no other thoughts in mind.

After waiting for a few minutes, Huo Wei glanced furtively somewhere else. His eyes darkened and he quickly closed his eyes, believing that out of sight, out of mind.

He frantically warned himself in his heart: I lied to my wife so many times last night, I must not break my promise now, otherwise what if my wife never trusts me again?!

Huo Wei slowly opened his eyes, firmly squeezed shower gel into his hands, and bent down to wash Yuan Jiang.

Yuan Jiang was so tired that she didn't want to move at all, and she let Huo Wei control her obediently and docilely.

Half an hour later.

Yuan Jiang was a little annoyed: "Haven't you finished washing yet?"

"Wife, wait a little longer, it will be done soon." Huo Wei was concentrating on washing Yuan Jiang's feet. Her feet were small, only size 36, and her skin was crystal clear, with faint blue veins visible.

Huo Wei rubbed it with his rough fingertips, his eyes darkened, and he quickly glanced at Yuan Jiang. While she was not paying attention, he suddenly kissed the back of her foot.

I squinted my eyes with happiness and excitement. It smelled so good.

"Bastard!" Yuan Jiang pouted angrily and kicked Huo Wei hard in the face.

Huo Wei didn't dodge and let her kick him in the face. He smiled like a big fool and said, "Wife, it doesn't hurt."

Seeing how shameless he was, Yuan Jiang snorted proudly, turned her head and urged him urgently, "Hurry up and wash! I'm starving. Fortunately, I'm tired and want to sleep."

"Okay, okay." Huo Wei agreed readily, cleaned her immediately, put on her pink suspender pajamas, carried her back to bed, and went downstairs to bring up some fresh food.

It was seafood porridge made by him.

Yuan Jiang took a bite, her beautiful fox eyes sparkling: "It's delicious!"

"Then eat more, my wife." He asked the chef and spent two days learning how to make this tonic seafood porridge, and he was waiting for this moment to give it to his wife!
