The spacecraft landed steadily on the scorched earth of the abandoned planet. The hatch slowly opened, and a scorching breath filled with strong radiation rushed towards us like a wild horse running out of control.
Ye Ling frowned slightly, but did not retreat. Her star-like bright eyes burned with an unyielding flame.
The desolation and abandonment of this planet were even more exaggerated than she had imagined.
Looking around, all you see are charred rocks and yellow sand, like an abandoned battlefield. The air is filled with a pungent metallic smell, as if silently telling the story of past glory and present desolation.
"This place is simply hell mode!" Tryndamere couldn't help but exclaim in amazement. He skillfully put up a protective shield for Ye Ling to block the ubiquitous radiation invasion.
Kassa followed closely behind, her face a little pale, obviously shocked by the scene before her.
Ye Ling took a deep breath, feeling the stinging sensation left on her skin by the strong radiation. This feeling was even more painful than lifting weights in the gym.
She knew that this journey would not be easy, but she would never back down.
"Now that we're here, let's make the best of it!" She chuckled, with a hint of unruly in her tone.
A group of three began their difficult adventure amidst the raging yellow sand.
The crude navigation equipment seemed powerless in this area with disordered magnetic fields and often broke down.
The visibility around was extremely low, and the wind and sand were like countless fine needles, whipping their cheeks fiercely. The pain was so severe that it made people question their lives.
Ye Ling's steps were a little staggering, and every step felt like walking on cotton, which was extremely difficult, but she still gritted her teeth and did not make any complaints.
She is like a wild grass growing on a cliff, standing tall and straight despite wind and rain.
"I'm afraid even mosquitoes don't want to come to this damn place!" Tryndamere complained while struggling to maintain the protective shield.
Kasa nodded silently, beads of sweat oozing from her forehead, and it was obvious that she was exhausted.
"This is just the beginning. The real challenge is still ahead." Ye Ling looked back at the two people behind him.
"I hope Ezreal's information didn't fool us!" Kaisa muttered softly. She didn't have a good impression of that greedy guy.
Ye Ling did not speak, she could feel every pulse of this planet
At this moment, her feet suddenly felt empty and her body involuntarily staggered forward a few steps.
"Be careful!" Tryndamere exclaimed before his voice fell.
"Boom..." Accompanied by a deafening roar, dazzling rays of light appeared in the distant sky.
"Fuck! What's going on?!" Tryndamere screamed and almost removed the protective shield.
In the sky, countless burning meteorites with long tails of flames fell down like the end of the world.
This is no joke, any meteorite can smash them into pieces!
"Find cover quickly!" Ye Ling made a quick decision, grabbed Kassa and ran behind the nearest boulder.
Tryndamere hurriedly retracted the protective shield, activated the thrusters, and followed closely behind.
The meteor shower came quickly and violently, and the ground shook violently, as if it would crack at any time.
The scorching air waves mixed with flying sand and rocks hit people's faces, making it almost impossible to open their eyes.
"Tryndamere, use your energy cannon to smash those big meteorites!" Ye Ling hid behind a huge rock and gave orders loudly.
"Got it!" Tryndamere immediately activated the energy cannon, and dazzling beams of light shot into the sky, blasting several huge meteorites into pieces.
"Here! There is a cave here!" Kassadin was sharp-eyed and found a naturally formed cave not far away. He quickly called Ye Ling and Tryndamere over.
The three of them hid in the cave in a panic, and their hearts were in their throats when they heard the loud noise of the meteorite hitting the ground outside.
This feeling is more exciting than riding a roller coaster!
After an unknown amount of time, the meteor shower finally stopped.
It was quiet outside, with only the sound of wind and sand whistling.
Ye Ling carefully stuck her head out, looked at the devastated earth, and took a deep breath.
"Finally I survived..." Tryndamere sat down on the ground and wiped the cold sweat from his forehead.
"It seems that this planet is more dangerous than we thought." Kassa said with lingering fear.
Ye Ling looked at the sky outside which was gradually getting darker. "Let's go, let's keep moving forward." She said, and walked out of the cave.
"But..." Kassa hesitated.
"Believe me." Ye Ling turned around and gave Kasa a confident smile, "We will definitely find what we are looking for."
Kasa looked at Ye Ling's back and suddenly felt that this girl seemed to have a magical power that made her want to follow her involuntarily.
"Ye Ling..." Kassa was about to speak, but saw Ye Ling suddenly stop and stare at the front.
"What's wrong?" Tryndamere also became nervous.
Ye Ling did not answer, but slowly stretched out her hand and pointed forward——
"There seems to be something there."
Kassa looked in the direction of Ye Ling's finger, and saw a huge shadow vaguely visible in the dim sky, like a giant beast crawling on the ground, quietly lurking behind the sand dunes.
"What is that?" Kassa's voice trembled a little. On this silent planet, any abnormality was enough to make people nervous.
"I don't know." Ye Ling narrowed her eyes, trying hard to see the true face of the shadow.
"But I think we should go and take a look."
Kasa took a deep breath and said, "Okay, I'll go with you." She knew that Ye Ling's intuition was always accurate, and she also wanted to see what secrets were hidden on this abandoned planet.
