Chapter 110 The Final Plan

As Lu Zhaoming watched Liu Feng's eyes gradually lose their luster, his heart felt as if a piece of red-hot iron had been thrown in, hissing and emitting suffocating white smoke.

He knew it was hopeless.

"Su Li!" he shouted almost hoarsely, his voice trembling slightly. "Use every means at your disposal to save him! Even if there's only a sliver of hope!"

Su Li was startled, but then she understood Lu Zhaoming's determination.

Without uttering any unnecessary words, she flashed her alluring figure and began examining Liu Feng's injuries, pulling out all sorts of bottles and jars as if they were free, filling the air with a strange herbal smell.

Lu Zhaoming took a deep breath and forced himself to calm down.

He knew this wasn't the time for grief; he had more important things to do. He glanced at the solemn-faced team members around him and said in a deep voice, "Old Wolf, take a headcount. Sister Frost, check the equipment! Assemble in the operations room in ten minutes!"

Ten minutes later, in the makeshift operations room, the atmosphere was so oppressive that it was hard to breathe.

Lu Zhaoming stood in front of the simple map, his finger emphasizing the spot: "According to the data analyzed by the system, Crimson Owl's lair is located underground in the abandoned nuclear power plant! That is the core control center of the 'Dawn of Light' project, and also the weakest point in his forces!"

"Zhaoming, are you sure? The radiation from a nuclear power plant is no joke!" Old Wolf said with a frown, his tone tinged with worry.

"I'm sure!" Lu Zhaoming's eyes were firm. "The system won't make a mistake, and... I still have a trump card!"

"This operation is codenamed 'Decapitation'! Target: Red Owl! I'm going to put an end to this farce!" Lu Zhaoming slammed his fist on the table, his eyes burning with fury.

To ensure the operation went perfectly, Lu Zhaoming decided to personally infiltrate the nuclear power plant for reconnaissance.

This is both a matter of skill and boldness, and a matter of skill that allows one to be bold.

After all, only someone with sufficient confidence in their own abilities can make such a decision.

"Sister Shuang, can you get a map of the nuclear power plant?" Lu Zhaoming looked at Lin Shuang, this taciturn mechanic who always managed to surprise him at crucial moments.

Lin Shuang nodded, took out a tablet computer from her backpack, and pulled up a detailed diagram of the internal structure of a nuclear power plant.

"I got this from the Mercenary Guild before, it should be of help."

Lu Zhaoming took the tablet computer, studied the map carefully, and gradually formed a preliminary plan in his mind.

Just then, Old Wolf rushed in, his face grim: "Zhaoming, something's wrong! That guy Red Owl seems to have sensed something and has already dispatched a large number of mercenaries to seal off the area around the nuclear power plant!"

"Hmph, your reaction is quite quick." Lu Zhaoming sneered.

"Adjust the battle plan immediately!" Lu Zhaoming decisively ordered. "Old Wolf, you lead a squad to attract the enemy's attention and lure them away as much as possible! Qinglian, you take a detour to infiltrate the target area and eliminate the spies on the perimeter! Remember, safety is the top priority!"

"Understood!" Old Wolf and Qinglian replied in unison, then turned and left the operations room.

Lu Zhaoming took a deep breath, looked at the location marked in red on the map, and his eyes flashed with a dangerous light: "Chi Xiao, this time, I will make you pay the price!"

As night falls, a cold wind howls across the wasteland.

Lu Zhaoming, alone, stealthily made his way towards the nuclear power plant.

The abandoned nuclear power plant, like a monster crouching in the darkness, exudes an unsettling aura.

The rusty barbed wire, the dilapidated buildings, and the faint smell of radiation in the air all tell the story of this place's former glory and present decline.

With the help of the resource exploration function provided by the system, Lu Zhaoming carefully avoided one trap after another.

He neutralized the infrared beams hidden in the darkness and the landmine-strewn areas one by one.

"Tsk tsk tsk, this system is simply a cheat code!" Lu Zhaoming couldn't help but exclaim in his heart.

After overcoming numerous obstacles, Lu Zhaoming finally arrived at the underground area of the nuclear power plant.

It was even more eerie and terrifying here than on the ground, with a damp and rotten smell permeating the air.

He discovered that the area was equipped with a sophisticated defense system and patrol teams. Mercenaries in black uniforms, armed with various advanced weapons, patrolled vigilantly.

"It seems that Red Owl has really gone to great lengths to protect this lair!" Lu Zhaoming thought to himself, his eyes narrowed.

With his superb stealth skills and the precise map provided by the system, he moved like a ghost among the patrol teams, leaving no trace.

Finally, he arrived at a huge metal door.

The metal door is fitted with a complex combination lock and several infrared cameras.

"This should be Crimson Owl's secret command center." Lu Zhaoming took a deep breath.

He pulled out a miniature computer and began cracking the combination lock.

His fingers flew across the keyboard, lines of code flashing before his eyes like dancing.

With a click, the combination lock was successfully cracked.

Lu Zhaoming pushed open the metal door and went inside.

The room was filled with all sorts of electronic devices, as well as several huge monitors.

The monitor displays footage of various areas of the nuclear power plant.

In the center of the room stood a huge desk. A man sat before the desk.

The man was dressed in a sharp black suit, his hair was neatly combed, and he wore gold-rimmed glasses, giving him a refined and cultured appearance.
