Darkness surged in like a tide. Lu Zhaoming squinted, using his superhuman dynamic vision to detect the tiny energy threads in the air.
It felt like I'd fallen into a high-voltage power grid; I felt uncomfortable all over.
"What the hell is this?" Lu Zhaoming couldn't help but complain. This old man in white robes had an endless stream of tricks up his sleeve, one after another, giving no one a chance to breathe.
"Electromagnetic fields? And they even limit superpowers? Do you think this is an X-Men movie?"
Su Li paced anxiously, her alluring face filled with worry: "Lu Zhaoming, Xiao Die's condition is getting worse! She can't hold on much longer!"
Lu Zhaoming could also see that Xiaodie's small body looked as if she had been forcibly squeezed dry, her face was frighteningly pale.
