Chapter 4 Space

Qin Qing tried to stay inside and use his consciousness to check. Sure enough, he saw the instant noodles he had placed there. He wasn't sure if this space could accommodate living things, but since it wasn't very large, only about sixty square meters, as long as he could store things, he wouldn't have to worry about going hungry. And with the well water, he wouldn't have to worry about running out of water in the apocalypse! Thinking of this, Qin Qing was ecstatic.

After playing in and out for a while, Qin Qing suddenly remembered that Zhao Chunze would come looking for her soon, and she didn't want to see this man again.

The apocalypse would occur three months after her birthday. During these three months, she would gather food and train herself diligently. While she wouldn't have any special abilities in the apocalypse, she could at least maintain a healthy physique before the apocalypse. As for other matters, she would discuss them later.

She quickly got out of bed and pulled out the bank card and the money she'd saved from her part-time job that she'd hidden in her suitcase. Qin Qing's eyes flickered with hesitation as her finger slid across the card. It contained the living expenses her parents had left her, which she hadn't used before. Now, she couldn't care less. After all, in the apocalypse, money was worthless.

Qin Qing's parents divorced when she was very young, and the court ruled that she belonged to her mother. However, her mother always believed that she was the cause of her marriage's failure, so she abandoned her to her grandmother and flew abroad, only to die in a plane crash. It can be said that her grandmother single-handedly raised her. Her father never appeared after the divorce, but every month a sum of money was deposited in her grandmother's name. When she was a freshman in college, her grandmother, before she fell ill and passed away, gave her the savings, including the bracelet that had been stolen. She said it was a relic left by her mother, but now, inexplicably, it has become a birthmark on her palm.

Although the money wasn't much, it wasn't small either. For fifteen years, my grandmother hadn't touched it. Even my aunt's threats and threats couldn't shake the old lady's resolve.

Thinking of her uncle and aunt, Qin Qing recalled her cousin, Ye Shuxin, who attended the same school. When the apocalypse struck, she was worried about her uncle and his family, so she rushed from school to his house. On her way home, she happened to see her cousin sitting in a jeep. She wanted to go over and say hello, but when she saw her, her cousin frowned and turned away, pretending not to know her.

When my aunt saw her, I don’t know what she said to the driver. She didn’t have time to move all the things she was moving, and she hurriedly asked the driver to drive away!

Thinking of this, Qin Qing let out a long breath, put away her bank card, and already had a plan in mind. She went into the bathroom, took a quick shower, changed into a set of sportswear, and then touched her waist-length hair in the mirror. She decided that the first thing to do was to get a haircut.

Not long after Qin Qing left the dormitory, Zhao Chunze rushed over, sweating profusely, and met Fang Fang who had just returned from shopping downstairs.

He stepped forward, took Fang Fang's hand, and asked anxiously, "Xiaomei Fang, how is Qin Qing?"

Fang Fang blushed as Zhao Chunze held her hand, then paled at his question. She bit her lower lip and said, "Senior, Qin Qing is fine! Hiss... it hurts!" Zhao Chunze pinched her wrist again, having pinched it before, causing her to cry out in pain.

Zhao Chunze was so frightened that he quickly let go. Fang Fang held her wrist, tears in her eyes, looking so fragile that Zhao Chunze immediately felt a trace of pity. Thinking that he had indeed been reckless, he touched the back of his head and asked carefully, "Did I... use too much force? I'm sorry, Fang Fang, maybe I was too impatient! Are you okay?" As he asked, he pulled Fang Fang's hand to check, but saw a circle of obvious black and blue marks on Fang Fang's wrist. His face immediately flushed, and he looked up at Fang Fang anxiously.

Could it be that he pulled it out? Zhao Chun was filled with doubts!

Fang Fang quickly shook her head, lowered her head and said softly: "It's not senior's fault, it's Qin Qing... Oh, no... I... accidentally bumped into it." She pulled back her arm and pulled her sleeve to cover the mark.

Qin Qing? Zhao Chunze's heart suddenly became suspicious. Could it be that Qin Qing had made this mark? Thinking of this, he looked upstairs, then looked at Fang Fang's hand, and said gently, "Sister Fang, since Qin Qing is fine, I will take you to the infirmary first! Let the school doctor check to see if there are any broken bones. If not, he will massage the bruises."

Fang Fang was overjoyed when she heard this and nodded quickly. The two of them walked away side by side!

Qin Qing walked out of the small barbershop near the school gate, and she looked completely different! The once elegant beauty with waist-length hair had transformed into a tomboy with a fierce gaze. Because she was wearing sportswear and had a tall figure, if it weren't for her delicate and delicate features, she would have been indistinguishable from a man.

She pulled out her backpack, a notebook, and a pen, then listed the things she needed to do. First, she'd stockpile food. She'd go to a major trade market and buy some wholesale. Having food on hand would put her mind at ease. Then, there were the vegetables. She wasn't sure if her space could preserve and grow them. Otherwise, she'd have to find a way to dry them and store them. Then, she'd see if she could fit those chickens and ducks into the space. Thinking of all the meat, Qin Qing couldn't help but lick her lower lip. Having something to eat in the apocalypse was good enough, especially since they were already infected by the virus.

Next up were various supplies, including clothing and gasoline. Gasoline, in particular, had become a scarce resource after the apocalypse. My space was only a tiny bit, so I probably couldn't store too much. I'd just save the most important things first.

Qin Qing wrote down her shopping list in a notebook and put it in her backpack. Just as she stood up, she saw a sports car whizzing by. There was a puddle in front of her, and a wave of water suddenly splashed in her face. Qin Qing instinctively flipped backward, but her flexibility was not enough, and although she managed to avoid it, she still got some splashes on her trouser legs.

Qin Qing glanced at her trouser legs, which had been splashed with dirty water. Her brows furrowed, not because of the dirty pants, but because she was dissatisfied with her own physical strength. As she was considering how to improve her physical strength, the familiar roaring sound reappeared in her ears.

Boom... Boom... A fiery red convertible Lamborghini drove back in a stylish manner.

"Hey, beautiful lady... you have some great skills! Are you interested in taking a stroll with me?" The man with almond-shaped eyes in the car pulled down his sunglasses, whistled at Qin Qing, and said frivolously.

Qin Qing glanced at him, then silently bent down to wipe his shoes and trouser legs. Seeing they weren't soaked, he picked up his backpack, which had fallen to the side during the fall. Xiao Yi watched the girl across from him pick up her backpack, confident she'd be back in his car. He raised his head, ready to reveal his full eight teeth and curl his lips in a smile, when he saw the girl turn and walk away... Walked away? ... Walked away? ... Walked away?
