Ning Fengzhi and Xiao Chenyu exchanged a glance, both of them showing wariness before quickly regaining their composure and walking silently toward the carriage.
"Get out of the way, this is our young master's carriage, we don't take outsiders with us."
Chrysanthemum Douluo, with his soft, seductive voice, looked at the young man and woman before him with displeasure.
“Sister, my brother and I had no choice. Our hometown is in Kangdun City. We heard that Grandma had passed away recently, so we rushed back from out of town for the funeral. But we never expected that the horse pulling the cart would break free of its reins as soon as we arrived at Mangshan Village. It didn’t want to go any further, and it ran away without a trace as soon as we tried to force it.”
Before Ju Douluo, the young man, who was about 20 years old, poured out his heart to her.
The ordinary-looking girl of about 14 or 15 years old next to him also looked pitiful.
Upon hearing the young man's address, Chrysanthemum Douluo frowned, his expression showing displeasure.
Before he could say anything, Xiao Chenyu's voice came from afar:

Upon seeing the richly dressed Xiao Chenyu, the young man's eyes lit up, and he immediately went to greet him:

Matt recounted what had happened before, looking at Xiao Chenyu with pleading eyes.

After confirming that the two people in front of him were human and that they didn't have any strange things on them, Xiao Chenyu finally felt a little relieved.
He wasn't afraid the two men had ulterior motives, but he was afraid they would bring some disgusting things onto his carriage.
Xiao Chenyu was quite straightforward and immediately said:
"Since we're both going to Cornwall anyway, let's go together."
"Thank you so much, young master! You've gone to so much trouble!" Matt said, expressing his deepest gratitude.
After the minor incident, Xiao Chenyu and his group set off again.
This time, however, Ning Fengzhi switched to the car behind the Bone Douluo, while Matt and his sister rode with Xiao Chenyu.
