At the entrance to the Soul Hunter Forest in Soto City, several figures appeared somewhat blurry in the dim moonlight.

"Daily patrols, personnel allocation, and all other matters are conducted in accordance with the management model of the Tiandou Empire's garrison."
"However, I will designate a core area for this forest."
"I will have someone inform you of the specific scope of the inner circle."
"Remember, within the inner circle, no one may enter or leave without my permission!"
Ang Lee's heart skipped a beat, and he solemnly replied:
