Chapter 189, /.

The little thief chewed quickly, his cheeks puffing out, looking just like a cute, chubby pink hamster.

Huo Chengche's anger subsided slightly. He looked down and saw his little dumpling's sly little face. He chuckled helplessly and gently patted her little bottom. "Niannian, don't eat too much."

"Mmm!" The little baby nodded vigorously as soon as he got the food, looking like a well-behaved child.

Huo Chengche sighed helplessly and looked at Princess Linhuang. Seeing that she was still trying to reach into the food box, he immediately sharpened his eyes and his piercing gaze went straight to Princess Linhuang. "Aunt, Niannian can't eat anymore."

The boy's clear, cold voice carried a hint of threat, seemingly there but not quite, yet every word struck Princess Linhuang's ears like a heavy weight.

Princess Linhuang paused, her hand already reaching into the food box. Startled by the boy's words, which carried a hidden threat, her hand trembled, and the smile on her face froze.

Huo Chengche stared intently at Princess Linhuang, seeing how easily she was frightened by him, clearly a sign of her guilty conscience.

Feeling guilty?

Huo Chengche's narrowed eyes immediately narrowed, and he exuded an unyielding and forceful aura.

“Okay…” Princess Linhuang was suddenly stopped by the boy, and her expression became slightly flustered. She withdrew her hand somewhat awkwardly.

But when she turned around and met the little boy's hopeful gaze, a bright smile immediately spread across her face. She said to the little boy with a smile, "Niannian didn't get enough? It's okay, I'll have someone take some back for you first. If it gets cold and doesn't taste good, how about Niannian comes to Aunt Huang's house to eat it later?"

Huo Chengche's expression changed, and he glanced at Princess Linhuang without making a sound. It seemed that Princess Linhuang was very excited at the moment and couldn't care about anything else. However, she made a careless mistake, which allowed him to clearly see the hope in her eyes.

So, Princess Linhuang's goal was to lure the little boy to her residence?

And then what? Could it be that she still has the audacity to do something to Niannian in her own residence?

Huo Chengche was filled with doubts. Looking at Princess Linhuang's desperate desire to get Niannian to her residence, he couldn't figure out what was going on at all.

"Okay, okay!"

The silly little baby had long been bewitched by Princess Linhuang. His nose twitched, and even though he was in his brother Crown Prince's arms, his soul had already transformed into a gluttonous little beast, crawling into the food box and imagining how he would feast.

Huo Chengche listened to the little girl's cheerful voice, looked down at her, and saw that she had a pair of soft dimples on her pink face, and she looked extremely happy.

Huo Chengche was well aware of the little girl's keen perception. The fact that she believed Princess Linhuang's words so easily meant that, so far, Princess Linhuang's words were absolutely true.

For a moment, Huo Chengche couldn't figure it out either, but Princess Linhuang was never a good person, and he would never let the little one get into danger.

Huo Chengche looked at the little girl's unruly appearance, frowned helplessly, raised his hand to pat her little bottom, and said in a gentle but deep voice, "Niannian is being naughty. Sit properly. You've already eaten one of your snacks. You can't eat so many snacks before meals."

Upon hearing this, the little dumpling pouted so high that a small oil bottle could hang from it. He reluctantly let out a "humph" before giving a muffled reply and obediently snuggling back into his older brother's arms. But his little eyes were still fixed on the snack box that was so close to him.
