Chapter 332 Raise Your Head

Zhan Peng got mad and stepped on Mama Sang's head with his feet. With his eye-catching outfit, he looked like a gangster boss. Mama Sang didn't dare to offend him and started begging for mercy crying.

"I'm telling you, I've got all the clients here today, and I've already boasted about it. If you can't get me the best girl in Southeast Asia, I'm going to blow your fucking building up."

"Alright, alright, Brother Zhan, we are out here to have fun, what's the point of fighting and killing?" Baru saw that the time was almost right, so he started to act like a good guy, then slowly pressed down Zhan Peng's gun.

"Why don't you go find it quickly? Are you standing here waiting to be shot?" He said in a rare good temper.

The mama-san nodded repeatedly and was half-supported and half-dragged by the manager as she ran out along with a few frightened girls.

"I didn't realize that Commander Zhan, who is always kind to ladies, has such a ruthless side." Seeing that everyone had left, Song Cai curled the corners of his mouth and made fun of Zhan Peng.

Zhan Peng raised his brows, "She's just an old vegetable farmer, she's nothing. I'm very hard-hearted now, I won't listen to anyone except my wife."

"Oh, is this the prodigal son who has returned?" Yingbai teased him.

"That's right. I chose my wife myself and I love her to bits. I'm nothing like you, Young Master. How's a family marriage? What's it like to be a daughter of an aristocratic family?"

Yingbai's eyes were calm, "They are all women I don't like anyway, so it doesn't matter if I sleep with them."

Zhan Peng and Song Cai burst into laughter at his words, but Balu had a stern face and didn't respond, as if he was thinking about something.

"Along, what's wrong?" Zhan Peng asked curiously when he saw that he was not in the right state.

"A woman just walked past the door. She seemed to be sweeping the floor. She looked familiar." Baru replied.

When Mama-san and the others pushed the door open and went out, they ran into a woman who was sweeping the floor with her head down. Although they only caught a glimpse of her profile, Balu always felt that he had seen her somewhere.

"Is she your former lover in the village?" Song Cai raised an eyebrow and smirked at his serious-looking brother. "When you were in the village, many girls were attracted to you. Even the village chief came to me and asked me to introduce his daughter to you. Who knows if you took any girl into the woods and abandoned her in the end?"

"roll!"

Baru angrily threw the empty can in his hand at Song Cai, "Are you looking for a beating?"

"Look... look... he just feels guilty..."

Song Cai didn't care at all and was determined to make the other person angry.

"You guys chat first, I'll go out for a walk." Balu drank the wine on the table in one gulp, then stood up and walked out the door.

As a natural predator, his sense of smell is several degrees more sensitive than that of an ordinary soldier. He believed that he would not have a sense of déjà vu about a woman out of thin air. Since she looked familiar, he must have seen her before.

I strolled all the way to the bathroom, went in to use the toilet, and then stood at the door to smoke.

Various women came out of the women's bathroom opposite from time to time, but most of them were gaudy, wearing heavy makeup, cheap and revealing suspender skirts, and even exaggerated tube tops.

The man was smoking with his back against an empty corner, his brows furrowed. He was tall and slender, with veins bulging in his exposed arms. He looked strong and powerful, and exuded a sharp and aggressive aura.

Even though he was standing inconspicuously, his tall and stern figure alone made his presence felt. In addition, his profile, although with a taut jawline, was still perfectly curved, making it too ostentatious. The whole person was shrouded in a bluish-white smoke, looking unrealistically handsome.

The women coming in and out would glance over here from time to time, and some of the braver ones would even stand not far away and stare at him openly. Balu mostly ignored these gazes, but the irritation in his heart became more and more intense.

Finally, a woman came out of the bathroom, cleaning the floor as she walked with her head down. She was wearing a gray sportswear, her hair was tied up, but a few strands were hanging down in a mess. Her skin was sallow, and there were several obvious bruises and scars from the side of her face to behind her ears and to her neck.

She kept her head down the whole time, so her full appearance could not be seen. Her presence was extremely low, and unless someone deliberately looked for her, almost no one would notice that such a person was passing by.

After cleaning the bathroom floor, the person stepped back and swept the floor in the corridor. Even though there was no garbage on the floor, she still moved mechanically until she was almost near the empty door at the stairs, and then Baru walked over.

He pushed the door open with one hand and dragged the man behind it with the other. The whole movement was as fast as lightning. The man didn't even have time to scream before the cold muzzle of a gun was pressed against his head. "Let's see, which is faster, your scream or my bullet."

He spoke in Chinese, and the woman opposite him held the corner of her clothes tighter, but she didn't shout out in the end.

"Raise your head." Baru spoke again.

He didn't have the patience to wait for the woman to dawdle and be pretentious, so he asked her to lift her face up, but he had already put the muzzle of the gun to the man's chin and lifted it up.

There was no other expression on this withered face except fear and numbness. The left half of the face was in better condition, but the right half, which was blocked by the messy hair, was blue and swollen, and had become a mess. You could even vaguely see that half of the ear seemed to be missing.

Balu carefully looked at the miserable woman in front of him, and suddenly saw the mole under her left ear. Then he remembered that in the clear personal photo sent by his wife, her friend who disappeared in northern Myanmar also had a mole.

The man pursed his lips tightly, said nothing more, and took out his cell phone from his pocket to compare, but the woman opposite him had already knelt down, as obedient as an emotionless machine, and reached out to pull up his shorts.

The perceptive man took two steps back, his dark eyes flashing coldly, "What the hell are you doing? Are you looking for death?"

"Did you get me out because you drugged me and wanted to relieve yourself, but you think prostitutes are dirty?" The woman kneeling on the ground still had a gray face, and her whole body seemed to be shrouded in the filter of old film, which was out of tune with the already dim environment around her.

"Fuck it, stay away from me, fuck~" The man was so angry that his anger reached its peak. He resisted the urge to turn around and leave, and quickly searched for photos on his phone.

Whether it is the bone structure, the proportions of the facial features on the half of the face that can be seen clearly, or the position of the most iconic mole, they are all highly similar to the photo.

Baru wiped his face, took two quick breaths, and spoke tentatively.

"What's your name?"

"Sister Sura." The woman kneeling on the ground answered.

"Huaguo's name, your real name, the name you used to apply for your ID." The man lowered his head and glared at her. Even though he was more than a meter away from her, the murderous aura on his body still made the atmosphere in the small space extremely cold and solemn.

"Just try telling a lie."

"Liang... Liang Lu." There was finally a change on the face of the woman opposite, although it was only a fleeting look of sadness. It had been a long, long time, so long that even she herself had almost forgotten her Chinese name.
