"That's Sobruak Village. The side with the Buddha statue is Thailand, and the other side is Laos. After we cross the river, someone will come to pick us up and take us to the helipad." Cha Mu began to introduce to the people around him.
This river is a boundary river. Due to the development of the Thai government, many tourist attractions have been built on the shore. In the past, tourists would come here from time to time to take a boat tour. However, due to the war in northern Myanmar in the past two years, artillery shells were thrown from time to time and hit people, forcing the scenic spots to close.
Without tourists, the economy will naturally decline.
The car stopped at the shore, Cha Mu jumped out of the car, then reached out and wanted to pick Nanxi up.
The arrogant woman glared at him, pushed his arm away, and got out of the car carefully. Looking at the vast water, the depression in her chest suddenly eased a lot.
She watched coldly as Cha Mu directed his men to find a boat. She called a guard behind her, got a chair over, and sat by the river to enjoy the scenery.
"You, go and get my teacup." She casually pointed at the nearest guard.
The man nodded, turned around and went to the car to get her teacup, which was specially prepared for her by Cha Mu. Even the cup cover was in her favorite Chanel camellia pattern.
"We'll be leaving soon. Don't sit here. You might catch a cold. Go to the car." Cha Mu came over and saw her sitting leisurely. Her little face turned pale in the cool breeze, so he coaxed her.
"No, I want to see the scenery. I'm afraid it will be difficult to see such scenery again in this life."
She stubbornly opened the lid of the cup and took a sip of tea. She was almost scalded to tears. She stared at Cha Mu angrily with moist eyes, "Do you want to scald me to death?"
"This is a thermos. If you want to drink, you have to pour it out." The man said helplessly.
She was used to being served since she was a child, so she was too lazy to move her hands. She asked someone to bring another small cup, poured the brewed tea into it, and handed it to her.
"No, making tea with a thermos is like eating leftover food. It's so disgusting." The delicate woman turned her face away.
"I just made it before I left. I can't possibly make you some Gongfu tea now, can I? Little ancestor, just make do with a little, okay?"
"Why did you ask me to drink? Then you drink first. I'll drink after you can drink it. You're pickier than me. Try it yourself and see if you can swallow it."
She glared at the man in front of her angrily, being unreasonable, as if she had turned into the little girl he had spoiled since she was a child, who would lose her temper when things didn't go her way.
There's nothing a grown man can't drink. He drank a cup of tea in one gulp, "Alright?"
Nanxi drooped her eyelashes slightly, hiding her extreme nervousness. She tried her best to appear calm and muttered softly, "Then I won't drink either..."
Cha Mu was so angry that he laughed, "Then get in the car and wait. Don't stand here in the wind. You'll catch a cold and you'll have to go through more trouble."
Daozi saw everything outside, but he said nothing.
