Chapter 22 The Enemy Who Killed His Parents (2/4)

I also need all the heat-clearing and pain-relieving medications: aspirin, aminopyrine, pain relievers, and compound aspirin.

Medications for treating gastrointestinal discomfort: probiotics, digestive tablets, baking soda, lactase tablets, and lactobacillus tablets.

Some vitamins are also needed: vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, and B vitamins.

We've got the Western medicine, so we also need some traditional Chinese medicine: Yinqiao Jiedu tablets, Niuhuang Jiedu tablets, Huoxiang Zhengqi water, Yunnan Baiyao, Banlangen, and chlorpheniramine maleate tablets.

In addition to these, health supplements are also essential: calcium tablets, lutein tablets, ginseng royal jelly oral liquid, donkey-hide gelatin, and protein powder.

Su Wantang gave the pharmacy owner the address, paid the deposit, and left.

Next, Su Wantang went to several large pharmacies in Shanghai and bought out almost all of them.

After running around for most of the day, Su Wantang arrived at the warehouse she had rented.

There was hardly anyone around, so she entered the space.

Su Wantang walked towards the villa inside the space, calling out, "Xiao Ai, turn on the air conditioner."

Soon, the central air conditioning started blowing, filling the entire living room with gentle, refreshing breezes.

The food that Su Wantang had stockpiled at the state-run restaurant was now in the refrigerator in the villa. She took out a boxed lunch from the refrigerator, poured it into a plate, and put it in the microwave to heat it up.

Ding-dong.

Three minutes later, the steaming hot boxed lunch was ready.

Inside was a large chicken leg, a serving of braised pork ribs, a serving of hot and sour shredded potatoes, a serving of refreshing smashed cucumber, and a small serving of rice.

Su Wantang sat at the dining table, holding chopsticks and eating.

She used to not have the appetite to eat so much, but since becoming pregnant, her appetite has increased a lot. She can finish all the food in no time.

"Baby, Mommy's been eating a lot lately." Su Wantang's slender white fingers rested lightly on her flat stomach, her eyes lowered, and she smiled gently.

"I hope that being pregnant won't cause me to get stretch marks or make me gain too much weight," Su Wantang said with a light laugh. "You have to be good in my belly, okay?"

I've heard that pregnancy is very tough and tiring for women in the later stages; the fetus can cause frequent urination, insomnia, and back pain...

I've heard that childbirth is like a brush with death for women...

Su Wantang is currently in the early stages of pregnancy and has not noticed any physical discomfort. She can eat and sleep well, and her physical condition is actually better than before she was pregnant. She is also much stronger than before.

After eating and drinking her fill, Su Wantang lay down on the comfortable and soft bed in the villa and fell asleep soon after.

Su Wantang slept soundly, and when she woke up, she had slept for more than three hours.

Not long after, the sound of a train passing by could be heard outside.

Su Wantang realized that the delivery person had arrived.

The goods she ordered from the department store, as well as several different medicines ordered from various pharmacies, will be delivered to this warehouse one by one.

With a thought, Su Wantang vanished from the space and returned to the warehouse.

At that moment, a large truck was driving towards the warehouse. Soon after, the truck stopped outside the warehouse, and the delivery manager got out of the truck.

The manager, all smiles, produced a packing list. "I've come to deliver your goods. Here's the packing list; please check it."

The other deliverymen also got out of the truck and unloaded the goods from the cargo compartment, stacking them in the warehouse.
