"Hello sir, what can I do for you?" the sales clerk greeted him warmly.
"Can you recommend a few women's watches for me? They should be elegant, beautiful, and understated," Lu Linchuan said in a deep voice.
Wan Tang's identity is somewhat sensitive; being too high-profile would be detrimental to her.
"Okay, how about this one?" The sales clerk took a women's watch out of the glass case and handed it to Lu Linchuan.
This watch features a light green dial surrounded by a ring of tiny, sparkling diamonds. The strap is rose gold and very thin, like a bracelet, with a small diamond set at intervals along the strap.
This exquisite watch gleams brilliantly under the light.
It looks absolutely beautiful.
Lu Linchuan took a liking to it at first sight.
Wan Tang has slender wrists and fair skin; such a beautiful watch would look great on her.
"How much?" Lu Linchuan's cold expression softened as he asked gently.
"Three hundred yuan," the salesperson said.
“Okay.” Lu Linchuan took out three hundred yuan from his pocket and handed it to the sales clerk.
Wan Tang loves beauty, so she should need a camera.
With a camera, she can take photos every day, as many as she wants.
Lu Linchuan then selected a retro-style camera for Su Wantang.
He walked into the Friendship Store.
The Friendship Store displays some nylon silk and georgette.
These fabrics are not available for purchase elsewhere.
Lu Linchuan touched the georgette; the fabric was very soft. If it were made into a scarf or a garment, it would look beautiful on Wan Tang.
"Wrap all these fabrics up," Lu Linchuan said.
"Okay." The sales clerk looked at Lu Linchuan excitedly; this was a big customer!
After buying all these items, Lu Linchuan filled his suitcase with them and then went to a nearby jewelry store.
The two are getting married, so gold jewelry must be arranged.
Lu Linchuan remembered Su Wantang's finger size, so he bought a pair of gold rings, a gold necklace, a gold bracelet, and a pair of gold earrings.
After buying the jewelry, Lu Linchuan put it in a box and placed it close to his body inside his pants.
