Su Wantang's belly was already showing slightly. She was wearing loose clothes and carefully picked a basket of the freshest vegetables.
She went to Zheng Juan's house first.
Zheng Juan was packing her luggage, preparing to register for university. Seeing Su Wantang come in carrying a shopping basket, she quickly went to greet her.
"Sister Wantang, what brings you here? Please sit down, please sit down. I can handle these tasks myself."
"I brought you some vegetables I grew myself." Su Wantang put down the basket, looking at the fresh vegetables, feeling a sense of accomplishment. "Try them."
"Wow! These vegetables look amazing!" Zheng Juan picked up a cucumber, took a big bite, and her eyes lit up instantly. "So sweet! So crisp! They taste so much better than the ones sold at the supply and marketing cooperative!"
"Eat more if you like it," Su Wan said with a smile.
After chatting for a while, Su Wantang sent some more to Zhao Jing and Sun Xiulian's families.
The sisters-in-law all praised the vegetables highly when they received them.
"Wantang, how did you grow these vegetables? They're so delicious! My husband doesn't usually like eating vegetables, but he ate an extra bowl of rice with the vegetables you brought for lunch today!" Zhao Jing said, holding her hand with a look of amazement.
“Yes, yes, these tomatoes are just the right balance of sweet and sour. I mixed them with sugar, and my kids are fighting over them!” Sun Xiulian chimed in.
Su Wantang just smiled and said that it might be because her own yard was better.
No one knew that the deliciousness of these vegetables came from her magical space.
After delivering the groceries, Su Wantang had just returned home when Lu Linchuan came back. He noticed a fine sheen of sweat on Su Wantang's forehead, so he immediately grabbed a towel and wiped it off for her, his tone slightly reproachful: "Why did you go to the fields again? Call me if you need anything."
"I'm just picking some vegetables, it's not tiring." Su Wantang pulled him to sit down. "Look, our vegetables are all cooked."
Looking into her bright eyes, Lu Linchuan's heart softened, and he pinched her cheek. "Yes, our Tangtang is the most capable. Come on, change your clothes, I'll take you to the supply and marketing cooperative."

"And also baby bottles, and some formula, just in case..." He suddenly paused, glanced at Su Wantang, and changed his words, "It's always good to have some on hand."
Su Wantang followed behind him, watching him enthusiastically select items, touching this and looking at that, a smile never fading from his lips.
The sales clerks were stunned, whispering to their colleagues, "Isn't that Commander Lu? I never knew he had this side to him."
Finally, the two of them, carrying bags and bags of things, practically swept through the entire baby supplies section. Lu Linchuan carried everything by himself, while holding Su Wantang's hand tightly with his other hand, afraid that she might bump into something or get hurt.
On the way home, Su Wantang looked at his back, which was bulging from the weight of his belongings, and felt both warm and amused.
This man is just...incredibly adorable.
A few days later, Zheng Juan will be starting school.
She came specifically to say goodbye to Su Wantang.
