Chapter 13: Fire Phoenix Entertainment, a New Journey

The seventh floor is the dining area, an exclusive cafeteria for employees that can accommodate hundreds of people for meals. However, there is not even a chef at the moment.

The eighth and ninth floors are all small suites, with one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom, and a small balcony. They are equipped with a washing machine, dryer, jacuzzi, air conditioner, TV, and sweeping robot.

Shi Xirou plans to have male employees live on the eighth floor and female employees live on the ninth floor. The tenth floor will also be an accommodation area, half of which will be larger suites and the other half will be developed into a children's playground. In the future, employees who have difficulty bringing their children can apply to live on the tenth floor.

The 11th to 22nd floors are not open to the public yet. They will be unlocked when Xirou recruits 100 employees and has assets exceeding 50 million.

Half an hour later, Shi Xirou received responses one after another. Someone directly criticized her on the recruitment software, "Has your company's HR gone crazy?"

"Are benefits used to trick people into interviews and boost their performance?"

"Hey, are you quitting your job?"

"No lie, our company is sincerely recruiting qualified partners blah blah..."

Shi Xirou chatted with them for more than an hour, but got nothing out of it and her mailbox was empty.

What went wrong?

Are her conditions too harsh?

How come we can’t even recruit an operations assistant?

When she first entered the workplace, Shi Xirou felt as if she had been beaten by society. She felt pain, helplessness, and confusion.
