After everything was settled, Yu Jun took Bai Xiaoyu home. He didn't go inside; he planned to come back on the day of the engagement.
He was feeling quite pleased with himself and wanted to sing, but he was worried that belting out military songs late at night might attract attention and get his red armband. So he ran all the way back to the dormitory, burning off the extra energy.
Yu Jun plans to go see Captain Wang tomorrow. He's the matchmaker and Xiaoyu's cousin. He should know what to do.
When Bai Xiaoyu returned home, she was also surprised to see her older brother and sister-in-law sitting on the sofa.
