Chapter 186 A Family Planning Their New Home

While the children were still cheering, Yu Yin and Lu Shurui found a basin and a rag, filled it with water, and wiped away the dust.

There's nothing much to do inside; just wiping away the dust. Yu Kang is off tomorrow, so we can work together.

Several children came downstairs and, seeing their parents working, joined in.

The family started wiping the dust off little by little, beginning with the first floor.

"Kids, don't throw things into the water, or it will clog the pipes and we won't be able to use them."

"Okay, Mom."

Several children have tried it, and the toilet works great. After peeing, it can be flushed away directly, which is very convenient and clean. We no longer need to go to public toilets!

"Ouch, my back!" Kuai Kuai's face was covered in grime, like a little kitten, as she rubbed her lower back and cried out in pain.

"What's wrong? Are you tired? Do you still like the big house?"

When Yu Yin saw her youngest son pretending to rub his back, she teased him, "Don't you like the big house anymore?"

"I still like big houses, but I prefer big houses where there are people doing chores. It's too tiring."

Quickly, I felt lazy and didn't want to do it anymore.

"Lu Xiangyang, you're the slowest one. You haven't even done as much as Slow, yet you're complaining so much." An'an came back after pouring the water and heard Kuai Kuai's words, and gave him a piece of her mind.

"What's a little hardship to a real man? Get up and get to work!"

Lu Shurui also criticized his youngest son, saying the boy was too slippery.

"Oh dear, I've become the target of everyone's criticism! Is there no justice left? Heavens and earth, please be the judge!"

He muttered some strange things very loudly, and with a look of utter despair, he carried the basin of water to change it.

He made everyone laugh; he's such a character! He wasn't like this when he was little; who did he learn this from!

Yu Yin's family has four children. Pingping has the demeanor of the eldest son, likes reading, and doesn't like crowds.

An An has the demeanor of a chivalrous woman. She likes to practice with knives and guns and is quite skilled. She usually loses to her opponents. From a young age, she has a clear goal: to become a great commander!

Kuaikuai is fast at everything. She didn't talk much when she was little, but now she's a chatterbox and her mind works incredibly fast.

Manman has always been a quiet girl who likes to do things at her own pace, doing things in a methodical and orderly manner, and doing everything in a proper and orderly way.

No two leaves are exactly alike, just as no two people have exactly the same personality.

The four children each have their own characteristics, and Yu Yin and Lu Shurui don't place too many demands on them. As long as they don't violate principles or do anything immoral, they are allowed to develop according to their own personalities, only receiving appropriate guidance when they stray from the right path.

So far, the children are all quite good-looking, and their personalities and interpersonal skills are among the best of their age.

Yu Yin herself had a miserable childhood, so she only hopes that her child will have a happy childhood, be loving, have an independent personality, and be able to make a living in the future so that he can live a good life. Yu Yin has no other requests.

The whole family spent a whole day just managing to wipe the surface dust clean.

The place hadn't been lived in for too long, and the dust was too thick. Many places needed to be cleaned little by little. They first wiped away the surface dust to avoid a cloud of dust every time they moved.

After a long day of work, I was exhausted. I ate at a wonton shop for dinner, and after a good meal, I went home, washed up, and went to bed.

The next day, everyone woke up late; it seems we're all lacking exercise!

"Second sister, what's wrong with you all? You all look so listless."

"I spent all day cleaning off the dust yesterday, and my arms are still sore."

Yu Yin looked listless and yawned again. "Yu Kang, go buy some breakfast. I really don't want to move."

What would you like to eat?

"Steamed buns and porridge will do. We have kimchi at home. Go quickly and come back soon, I'm starving."

Yu Kang jogged off to buy breakfast, while Yu Yin went to wash up.

"Mom, I'm hungry!"

"I'm hungry too."

Alright, they're all awake.

"Your uncle went to buy steamed buns, he'll be back in a bit, go wash your face and brush your teeth first."

Yu Yin set the table so that Yu Kang could eat when he returned.

Lu Shurui also came downstairs. "Yu Kang is here?"

"Yeah, I sent him to buy some steamed buns. I don't want to cook, my arms are sore."

"You've been wiping away dust all day, of course it hurts. Let me rub it for you."

Yu Yin thought to herself, "It still has to be Comrade Lu Shurui!"

"Dad, we're in pain too, can you rub it for us?"

He ran over quickly and sauntered over, stretched out his arm, ready to have his father serve him.

"Go away, let your brother massage you, and then you massage your brother."

"Daddy doesn't love me anymore. Daddy only loves Mommy, he doesn't love us anymore!"

She quickly started faking tears, startling Yu Kang who was carrying steamed buns as he entered the room. He wondered what had happened.

"Alright, stop all talk and no action. Wash your face, brush your teeth, and eat, or you'll eat it all and I won't leave you any."

Yu Yin was furious. What was the point of having so many children? Ah, was it to compete for favor?

Lu Shurui smiled. His wife must be regretting having so many children.

Yu Kang was puzzled. Looking at his second sister, who seemed inexplicably unhappy, he wondered who had upset her.

Luckily, Yu Kang bought a lot, otherwise there wouldn't have been enough to eat. How many meals have they gone without eating? The six family members, big and small, ate more than twenty steamed buns and a pot of porridge.

He specially brought a big pot, worried that there wouldn't be enough food. But he didn't expect that his sister would eat so much. It's only because his second sister can earn money that they can't support these six mouths!

After tidying up, Yu Kang was taken to the Western-style house. Seeing his dumbfounded uncle, the children felt better. It wasn't just them who were surprised; anyone would be surprised.

"Second sister, did you buy this? How much did it cost?"
