"Ah, ah..."
Pingping was the first to turn her face away. The little guy looked like his father, and his personality was also like his father's; he was a bit of a germaphobe.
Yu Yin teased him on purpose, moving closer to him.
"No, no..."
Pingping pushed Yu Yin away with her hand, not letting her get close, and her disgusted little expression was too obvious.
An'an watched her mother and brother play and got so anxious that she kept pouting and trying to run towards her mother.

Yu Yin took out the bitter fruit and applied the juice to it.

When An'an saw her mother putting something on the food again, she didn't know if she could understand it, so she cried out, "No, no!"
Yu Yin applied the ointment all over the place before picking up An An and saying, "Look, she can't eat anymore, she's been poisoned."
Undeterred, An'an bravely leaned in and took a deep breath.
"Wow..."
A deafening cry suddenly rang out. An'an wailed loudly and unconsciously patted the ground with her hands.
"What's wrong?"
"Where's Pingping? Is she asleep?"
"Yes, she's asleep. I put her on my bed so she wouldn't wake her up."
“Pingping’s little germaphobia is quite useful, but look at your daughter, even gentian violet doesn’t work, she gets it all over her mouth. I put some bitter juice on her, and she tasted it.”
Lu Shurui picked up her daughter, who was still wailing. The little one was really upset, and tears streamed down her face.

An'an cried so hard she was so upset, and she wouldn't get up from her father's shoulder.

Just as she lay down, Yu Yin heard An An crying again.
"What's wrong?"
"No, I want my mom."
Yu Yin reached out to hug An An, but An An dodged her. An An wouldn't let her be hugged and kept looking for her mother; this little rascal is really causing trouble.
"You sleep outside with her in your arms, and Pingping and I will sleep inside."
"Alright, that's the only way."
Yu Yin glared at him, annoyed by the child's crying, and had no mood to pay attention to him.
It felt strange for the four of them to be lying in the same bed for the first time.
Pingping unconsciously snuggled closer to Yu Yin, her hands involuntarily reaching for her chest.
An'an cried herself to sleep and fell asleep, but her sleep wasn't very sound, and she would occasionally sob. Her little body kept snuggling into Lu Shurui's arms, and her hands kept trying to grab something.
"They're finally asleep. An'an's crying is so mesmerizing. I could hear the other neighbors opening their doors when I was outside. I thought something had happened to our house."
"Little girl, you've got quite a temper. Let's see how many days you can ignore me. You little brat, I can't handle you. How dare you eat something so purplish-black, getting your mouth all purplish-black."
"Hehe, that's good, so we won't get bullied in the future."
Yu Yin didn't want to talk to this silly father anymore; she wanted to go to sleep quickly, because the real battle was just beginning.
The next day, Yu Yin got up early, made breakfast and baby food, ate a bite quickly, and ran to work.
"What's wrong? Is a dog chasing you?"
"No, we've started weaning again, so I ran away before the baby woke up."
"You're really something, just leaving the two kids to their father like that, and you're really at ease with it."
"What's there to worry about? He's not like I'm your stepfather."
There's no way around it, there's a generation gap of several decades. Don't say men are unreliable, you have to let them do it, their potential is limitless.
The father, praised for his boundless potential, is surrounded by his two little ones' duet.

"Mom, ah...Mom...waaaah..."
The noise was truly ear-piercing. Lu Shurui calmed himself down, made two bottles of milk powder, gave one to Pingping, and the boy glanced at it, then reluctantly took it and drank it.
An'an stubbornly pushed it away, indicating that she would not drink it, no matter what.
"Ah...waaaah..."
She looked towards the door, but refused to drink the formula.
"An'an, have some. Mommy can't drink anymore, it's bitter, remember?"
Perhaps recalling yesterday's memories, An'an cried even harder, repeatedly saying, "No, no..."
Pingping finished eating, her mood improved, she stopped crying, and started playing by herself.
An'an is still twitching and won't drink formula. I fed her a little millet porridge and egg yolk, but she didn't eat much.
When Yu Yin returned at noon, the little girl started crying again.
