After leaving Wang Xiaoqiang's room, Xiao Ling asked Shen Yuan, "Are we leaving again today?"
Shen Yuan shook her head.
Wang Xiaoqiang's high fever subsided, but his condition remained serious. A life was at stake before her; she had the ability to save him, and she couldn't stand by and watch him die.
"Let's wait two more days!"
Xiao Ling had anticipated this outcome. "Alright, I'll go check out the horse stables first and see if they have any suitable horses to buy and harness to the carriage!"
Shen Yuan: "Okay!"
After Xiao Ling left, Shen Yuan brought a basin of warm water to wash Wang Xiaoqiang's wounds, bandage them, and apply medicine.
During this time, Wang Xiaoqiang drank some brown sugar oatmeal porridge, which helped him regain some strength.
"Cough cough cough... Miss, you're not from Jizhou. What brings you here... to Jizhou City?"
Shen Yuan casually replied, "On my way to the capital, just passing through."

Shen Yuan sniffed and asked, "Did you kill someone?"
