Chapter Nine
Xu Ziyan and Yuan Shaofeng were having a great time chatting. They were both quite outgoing and efficient. Like attracts like, and they quickly agreed to play a duo match that afternoon.
The original healer in the second team had a somewhat scheming personality, and the substitute healer's skill level was a bit lacking, so Yuan Shaofeng hadn't been able to enjoy duo queuing with a healer for a long time. Usually, he would just make do with Bai Ke, the sniper, and that was enough to get some points.
But for assault troops who are at the forefront of the battle, the most desirable duo partner is still the medic.
Although Xu Ziyan is an Omega, he doesn't cause as much trouble as the previous healer. He has a cheerful and generous personality, and his techniques are all top-notch.

Xie Wei glanced at Yuan Shaofeng, whose arm was still draped over Xu Ziyan's shoulder, and took a step back expressionlessly.
He remembered that this person was a striker in the second team, and he was an Alpha.

Shen Xiao peered into the training room door, enthusiastically praising the new medical staff of the second team to Bai Chen. Xie Wei, however, didn't look inside any further. His phone vibrated inside his team uniform. He took it out and saw it was a message from Xu Ziyan.
[Xu Ziyan: Captain Xie, don't worry, I will definitely do what I promised you!!]
Xie Wei was stunned for a moment before realizing that Xu Ziyan was referring to his previous warning to "pretend we don't know each other within the team," and he was both amused and exasperated.
To be honest, he couldn't explain why he suddenly had a brain fart and followed Shen Xiao over.
Having been teammates for years, Xie Wei knew very well that Shen Xiao was a smooth talker, but in reality, he was a naive young man who had never experienced love. However, when he heard that Shen Xiao was going to see Xu Ziyan, he couldn't help but feel a little anxious.
