The next day.
“Last night, Zhao Qiaoyan returned to the educated youth compound covered in injuries.”
Yang Shujue looked gloating. "She looks pitiful, but nobody pays any attention to her."

He glanced at Lin Jingyu as he spoke.
Lin Jingyu rolled her eyes at her.
Those present couldn't help but laugh at the sight.
"I wonder if the Zhang family will marry her."
Yang Shujue laughed and continued, "If she's really pregnant, she has no choice but to marry him, unless she gets an abortion."
"It might actually be possible."
A hint of amusement appeared on Su Jingtian's face.
He stroked his chin. "This woman is arrogant and conceited. She thinks she is superior because she comes from the city and she despises people from the countryside."
"She definitely wouldn't want to marry Zhang Aiguo now. I'm sure there'll be more drama to come."
"Abort the child?"
Liu Xiuying looked surprised. "Impossible! How can you abort a child? Brother Aiguo will definitely not agree to it."

Peng Shiyu tugged at her sleeve, "Let's go together, okay?"

A smile appeared on Lin Jingyu's lips. "However, the harvest season is approaching, so I do need to go to the county town to buy some more things."

Lin Jingyu stopped and turned to stare at the woman in front of her, who seemed somewhat deranged. Her brows furrowed tightly. "What exactly do you want?"

Zhao Qiaoyan's eyes flashed with resentment and venom, "Why don't you die? Why don't you die!"
Upon hearing this, Liu Xiuying's eyes widened in shock, almost popping out of their sockets.

Why should someone die? What gives them the right to do that?

A mocking smile appeared on Lin Jingyu's lips. "Who do you think you are? You dare to decide my life and death?"
