Su Le whispered, "Uncle, I am Su Le. Su Fugui's daughter."
Su Honghai quickly opened the door and looked around. He then pulled Su Le in. Su Le was carrying six bags and nearly fell over. He put them down and went out to get the remaining six bags before closing the door.
Chen Zheng saw all of this. He didn't interfere. He thought he would have to take better care of the cowshed in the future. For Brother Chen's sake.
Su Honghai looked at the bags scattered on the floor. "Are you Lele?"
Su Ledao said, "Yes! Uncle."
The old woman next to Su Honghai stepped forward, took Su Le's hand, and looked at him carefully. "It's Lele, it's Lele." Tears streamed down her face.
Su Le quickly wiped her tears, "Aunt, don't cry. I'm here."
The other people didn't sleep either. Su Le comforted his aunt for a while and touched their quilts. "Aunt, your quilts are too thin. How are you going to survive the winter?"
The eldest aunt sighed, "Alas, we all have bad backgrounds. This is the only way."
Without a word, Su Le pulled out a thick quilt and a mattress pad from his bag and put them on. After a moment's thought, he walked out again. From the darkness, he returned with five more bags.
Su Honghai stopped her and said, "Le Le, why do you bring so many things? We don't want them, take them back."
Su Le shook her head and said, "Yes." She changed the remaining five quilt covers. Several people looked at her with emotion. She was a good child who was willing to help even though she didn't know her.
Su Honghai introduced Su Le, "This is the leader in the education field, Fang Chao. Academician Fang."
Su Le said politely, "Academician Fang."
Fang Chao waved his hand and said, "I'm no longer an academician. Alas."
Su Le said, "You never know. Maybe it will recover in the future."
Su Le's words startled everyone present. Su Honghai continued to introduce, "This is the old leader, Lu Gao."
Su Le said politely, "Old Chief."
Lu Gao didn't say anything, but looked at Su Le with his shrewd eyes.
Su Honghai then introduced, "This is Lü Chao, an academician of the Medical College."
"Academician Lu."
Su Honghai introduced the last person, "This is the old general and old leader, Sun Yuanchao."
"Old Chief."
