A few people were eating when they heard a noisy sound outside.
Su Le sighed that it was those aunties who were so contagious. He had been hanging around in several stores for almost half a month before only one person came.
After Li Zichen finished his meal, he waited for Li Ningwei to finish eating and took her back to her room to sleep.
After Su Le and Xu Jiaojiao finished their meal, they took a stack of application forms from the study and walked to the next door with Su Xiao. They opened the door.
Everyone was pushing their way in, and Su Le quickly said, "Don't push, don't push."
Su Le said to Su Xiao, "Brother, give each person one and a pen." Su Xiao nodded and started to act.
Su Le said to everyone, "After you finish writing, divide it into two columns and interview me and Boss Xu."
Everyone listened and started filling out the form.
The first girl walked up to Su Le and sat down. Su Le glanced at her information and said, "Please briefly introduce yourself. Name, age, education, hobbies, etc."
The girl frowned. "Didn't I fill out the form? Can't you just look at it yourself?"
Su Le returned the form to her and said, "Go back."
The girl looked at Su Le in astonishment, then angrily said, "What do you mean? I've been waiting outside for more than ten minutes, and you want me to go back? Aren't you going to recruit people?"
Su Le watched her performance with a cold face, and soon everyone's attention was attracted.
"I'm hiring people, but you can't just come and get a job. My store will still be open even if you don't come. I don't have to hire you. I just want to give girls some opportunities. "Okay, my name is Sun Qing, Qing as in sunny days. I'm 18 years old this year and graduated from junior high school. My mother works in a cloth factory and my father works in a steel factory. I have a younger brother who is in school." Sun Qing introduced herself confidently.
Su Le nodded, "Do you have any hobbies?"
Sun Qing thought for a moment and said, "I usually take care of my younger brother, and read a book when I have free time."
Su Le nodded again, "What do you think is your greatest strength?"
Sun Qing said without hesitation, "He has a good temper. He has a strong learning ability and is always number one in school."
Su Le then asked, "What do you think are your shortcomings?"
Sun Qing thought for a moment. "Not good-looking enough? Not good at dressing up? Does that count?"
Su Le smiled and said, "You are quite confident in yourself. Very good. Welcome to join us." He stood up and shook hands with her. Sun Qing also stood up quickly.
"Report to Chengle Milk Tea Shop next to the mall at 8 o'clock tomorrow." Su Le said to her.
Sun Qing opened her mouth wide. "Is it the only milk tea shop?"
Su Le nodded, "Yes."
Sun Qing nodded excitedly, "Okay, I will be there tomorrow." She happily went home to report the good news.
Xu Jiaojiao failed several attempts in a row, and things started to go wrong for Su Le as well.
A girl handed her resume to Su Le with one hand, but Su Le didn't even take it and asked her to go back.
Soon another girl came up to her, and with the previous lesson, the rest of the people quickly realized that they had to hand it to them with both hands.
Su Le took it and said, "Give me a brief introduction."
"Hello, leader. My name is Ma Qiao, which means "Qiao" in ingenious way. My father is at home, my mother works in your embroidery factory, and my brother is a soldier." Ma Qiao introduced.
Su Le straightened up immediately. "Hello, if a customer is very picky about the clothes you recommended and asks for a replacement, what will you do?"
Ma Qiao thought for a moment and said, "I will first apologize to the client, then introduce other colleagues to her, and study hard."
Su Xiao looked at her and felt that she looked familiar. He walked up to her and asked, "Is your brother a horse jerk?"

Su Le extended his hand to Ma Qiao and said, "Welcome to join us. Tomorrow morning at 8 o'clock, go to Chengle Milk Tea Shop next to the mall."
Ma Qiao stood up, shook her hand, and nodded, "Thank you."
Xu Jiaojiao also successfully interviewed three people.
The following interviews were all similar, and nothing was particularly attractive.
They finished the interviews quickly and only Sun Qing, Ma Qiao, Liu Yue, Cui Yingying and Qi Mingli were left.
Su Le took a quick look at the three people's profiles. They all graduated from junior high school. The quality this time was very high.
After the recruitment was over, Su Le and Xu Jiaojiao returned to the Su family compound.
The three of them were so tired that they poured themselves some water to drink. Xu Jiaojiao waved to Su Le and pulled Su Xiao back to the room to rest.
Su Le walked to the study and put the information in the file.
These five people are placed in a shoe store, a fruit store, a milk tea shop, a dessert shop, and a supermarket.
It was not until everyone came back from get off work that Xu Hu and others reported their work to Su Le.
Su Le waited for them to finish their report before saying to Yu Jie from the milk tea shop, "Five girls will come to your store tomorrow. I'll go with you. From now on, there will be one girl at each store to work as cashier, except for the supply and marketing cooperative."
The corners of Xu Changsheng's mouth twitched. The others looked at his expression with a smile.
"By the way, restaurants are excluded." Su Le added.
Zhang Liang in the restaurant couldn't laugh anymore. Xu Changsheng patted him, "Brother Zhang, we're in the same boat! We were abandoned by the organization!"
