Yuan Qiang and Mao Xiangling cuddled for a while before entering the house, where they saw Gu Shaoxuan and Xia Enruo still embracing.
"Cough cough..."
Yuan Qiang coughed twice on purpose.
"There are two more people watching over here!"
Mao Xiangling turned her head away and laughed. Yuan Qiang really didn't care about making things worse.
Xia Enruo blushed and poked her head out of her husband's arms.
Gu Shaoxuan loosened his grip on Yuan Qiang's arm, turned his head, winked, and said:

Xia Enruo and Mao Xiangling went into the kitchen to get busy. Now that Gu Shaoxuan and Yuan Qiang were back, they were completely relieved.
These past two days, with Gu Shaoxuan away, Mao Xiangling has been staying at home with Xia Enruo.
Gu Shaoxuan poured Yuan Qiang a cup of tea. The two of them had been traveling for two days and could finally catch their breath.

"Sister-in-law, please don't say that. You're making me feel embarrassed to eat. Your affairs are our family affairs, and Xiangling and I will go through fire and water for you."

She ran away from school early in the morning, only to learn about the incident at Kelaixiang Private Kitchen from her classmates.

Xia Enruo felt gratified that so many friends came to help her when she encountered difficulties. Despite the noise outside, she felt very confident.
After dinner, Mao Xiangling helped clean up and went back with Yuan Qiang.
Gu Shaoxuan sat on the sofa with Xia Enruo in his arms.
Everything was so quiet under the yellowish light, with only the sound of the freezer running.
Xia Enruo lay on Gu Shaoxuan's chest, listening to the rhythmic vibrations of his heartbeat, which relaxed her entire body.
With him gone these past two days, I've felt like a drawn bow, my nerves constantly on edge.
"Shaoxuan, I'm so tired!"
Xia Enru spoke up.
“Enruo, I know you’ve suffered. Living with me in the compound, you’ve experienced one hardship after another. Don’t you hate it?”
His self-reproachful tone was heartbreaking.
"You're not allowed to say that. If it weren't for you, my life in this era would be completely devoid of joy."
“I’m tired because you were gone for two days, and I was on edge. Now that you’re back, I’ve suddenly relaxed, and I feel incredibly tired.”
Gu Shaoxuan lowered his head and kissed Xia Enruo's lips.
"How about the four of us sleep together?"
He stood up and hugged Xia Enruo tightly.
After they covered themselves with the blankets, Xia Enruo nestled against Gu Shaoxuan's arm and hugged him from the side.
His warm chest soon made her dizzy.
I fell asleep a few minutes later.
Xia Enruo's hair fell down along Gu Shaoxuan's arm, and the familiar scent of shampoo aroused a hint of desire in him.
