Old Liu was taken aback, turned to look at Li Xin, and asked, "Do you know this person?"
"I wouldn't say we know each other,"
Li Xin waved his hand and said, "I saw this person once when I was inspecting the examination hall at the Twelfth Middle School in the capital. During the morning session, everyone else was scratching their heads, but this person was writing furiously, looking very confident. I didn't expect him to get such a high score!"
"Your Majesty, how old is this man?"
Old Liu asked.
"She's probably around forty years old."

Only a handful of people, around 300, passed both subjects with a passing score of 60.
Of those who passed, 1,300 passed in the afternoon session, while only 600 passed in the morning session.
