Song Yining opened her mouth wide in surprise, looking at the captain, "That sounds terrifying! They didn't even take the snakes with them, they didn't leave even though they saw people still there."
"When I arrived, they had already caught most of them. I didn't know the specifics, but thankfully they were all rat snakes, which are non-venomous. Luckily, no one was hurt."
He sighed and said, "It's not even Dragon Boat Festival yet, and there are already so many snakes. I wonder what those two are up to? There's definitely something fishy about them. I'll have to find out more about them in private."

Song Yining stuck out her tongue and left. She didn't stay long; after finishing her meal together, she rushed off to work.
As they walked down the street, everyone was talking about the affairs of Liu E and Yang Chuhong's families. Some of those who had witnessed the whole thing were still whispering about it mysteriously.
