Chapter 89 Song Yining is up to something

Listening to their conversation from inside the space, Song Yining finally understood that their relationship was based on the influence of his wife's family.

He's only become successful over the years, and now that he's gained some confidence, he looks down on his original wife.

He seeks psychological balance outside the marriage, easily charmed by a few sweet words, yet he then dislikes his original spouse.

When Song Yining heard that they had other places to store their things, she became uneasy and originally planned to take the things from those two places.

She was surprised to find something unexpected, so she decided to find it and not let others benefit from it.

After finishing his sentence, Liu Tianheng originally intended to go to sleep, but he was still worried and went to check on those two things.

He hurriedly rode away on his bicycle. As Liu Tianheng walked away, a man appeared next door and followed him at a distance.

Song Yining followed behind. Not far away, at a house where trouble was taking place, Liu Tianheng cautiously looked around after opening the door.

A little while later, he quietly came out again, rode his bicycle to another place, and did the same thing again. Only after making sure everything was safe and sound did he feel at ease and return to Peng Min's place.

Little Grey had seen both places clearly and knew where the items were.

The man who had been following them looked at the two courtyards, but instead of going in, he went back inside.

Upon entering the courtyard, Song Yining collected the items from the two courtyards based on what Xiao Hui had seen, and placed them in the kang (heated brick bed) of the abandoned house.

This is something most people wouldn't find, nor would they associate the abandoned kang with any hidden secrets, so Song Yining accepted it with a smile.

They returned to Peng Min's residence. The man had followed them there on foot and was only now returning.

When Song Yining arrived, the man next door had already returned, and Peng Min was anxiously waiting for him in the yard.

Hearing that the man had returned, Peng Min rushed over and, seeing that he was sweating profusely, took a towel and tenderly wiped his sweat.

She then handed the man the water she had just poured for him to drink first.

After watching the man drink the water, Peng Min said, "Brother Hao, do you see where this place is? That bastard just wouldn't tell me, he just told me to leave first."

I was still worried, so once we found a place, we grabbed our things and ran away as fast as we could. That's what we've been relying on for years.

"You should still be careful. He's still sleeping next door. We should be cautious."

"I understand. The incense has been burning peacefully all these years, there's no problem. Did you see it when you went out?"

The man called Hao said, "I saw it. Let's go quickly. I'll go look for it again tomorrow. That person is still very cautious."

“Okay, I’ll pack my things in the next couple of days. He’s given me things on and off over the years. Even a small thing is still something, and it’s worth the money when I buy things.”

"It's late, let's rest first and talk about it tomorrow!"

The two parted reluctantly. Peng Min didn't go back to her room; instead, she went to check on her child before heading to the other house.

Song Yining knew that Liu Tianheng had been cheated on, but she didn't care and just kept collecting their belongings.

Song Yining rushed to another of Liu Tianheng's houses and collected everything inside, a total of fifteen boxes, mostly containing large and small yellow croakers, antique calligraphy and paintings, blue and white porcelain ornaments, etc.

Upon arriving at Liu Tianheng's house, Song Yining took out a sleeping incense she had recently developed, which was much more convenient than sleeping potion.

Recently, only Liu Meng and his mother were at home. After the drug took effect, Song Yining took the antidote and quickly went inside to loot the place.

Their home looked quite simple, just what everyone could see. Little Gray and the other mice went off to chat and look for clues.

Song Yining emptied the room completely, even taking their clothes. These people had lives on their hands; they had nothing to pity.

Needless to say, the kitchen was completely stored inside the space, leaving only an empty kitchen, exposing the underground passage in its entirety.

Song Yining packed up all the boxes in the afternoon, but kept the radio alone.

They also found some of Liu Tianheng's treasonous letters that they had collected in the room earlier, thanks to the help of the rats.

Inside were letters from every conversation, all of which he kept. To call him foolish would be to say he did all that for her benefit.

After everything was done, the coal briquettes next to the kitchen naturally didn't escape her notice, and they all went into her space.

Time was of the essence, so Song Yining didn't keep an eye on things. After arranging everything, she rushed over to Peng Min's place.

Song Yining didn't go to Peng Min's place. Instead, she went next door to light some sleeping incense and made sure Hao Ge was sound asleep before returning to the next room.

They took him into their space, then went back to the next room and lit some incense to lull him to sleep.

They put Hao Ge on the kang (a heated brick bed) as well, and Peng Min slept in the middle with men on either side of her.

They shaved the heads of the three of them in a yin-yang style, took away all their clothes, and pinched many marks on their bodies.

They also gave them aphrodisiac powder, so that when they see them together, it will lock them in place.

They then put all the valuables in the room into their storage space, and naturally they didn't miss Peng Min's own belongings. They searched every corner of the kitchen, and the entire room was emptied.

Song Yining then went to the next house and rummaged around in it as well, but there wasn't much of value in that house.

Anyway, these things can't be kept forever, so why not let me put them into my spatial storage?

The two rooms were now empty; Song Yining hadn't even left them firewood or coal.

After gathering a bundle of damp firewood and lighting it, thick smoke billowed up.

Then, Song Yining lowered her voice and shouted, "Fire! Fire! Help! Help!"

Hearing someone leave, Song Yining quickly went into the space to check the situation outside.

When the neighbors heard the commotion and rushed out with basins to help put out the fire, they saw that Widow Peng's house was on fire.

They rushed in to put out the fire, but no one came out of her house. The neighbor lady across the street quickly went in and called Widow Peng out. She saw what was happening on the bed.

ah!

Everyone heard gasps of surprise, which meant the matter wasn't so easily resolved.

Everyone was stunned by what they saw on the kang (a heated brick bed). Some neighbors even saw that there were leaders from the GW (government association) inside, so they quickly went to call the police, as the police station was very close by.

The police arrived shortly afterward. Upon seeing the basin of water, they poured it on the basin without a second thought.

Seeing people standing at the door, they had no choice but to leave, and seeing that the house was empty with no clothes.

However, because the aphrodisiac hadn't finished taking effect, they reacted instantly again.

The police officers poured several more basins of water on them before they slowly came to their senses. They kept saying that they had been framed and that they wanted to call the police.

Looking at the three people, and then at the faces of the two still-sleepy children, everyone understood what was going on.
