When Lin Xiaoxiao saw her husband, she felt as if she had lost her soul. She patted his hand reassuringly, "I'm fine. I've had a full check-up, and the baby and I are still very healthy. Don't worry."
Han Qiushi paused for a moment upon hearing this, glanced at his family members with some disbelief, and only let out a long sigh of relief when he saw Han Qiulin and the others nodding in agreement.
"You really scared me to death. It's all my fault. If I had come with you for the checkup, none of this would have happened."
"No, don't you guys always say I'm a lucky star? I always manage to turn bad luck into good. Besides, I'm skilled in martial arts too."

After the old woman remembered their identities, she panicked. She took several deep breaths before regaining her composure and smiling. "Oh my, is this your in-laws' eldest grandson? What brings you here today? Would you like to come in and sit for a while?"
"Hand over Han Meng and Xia Ri, and your son Xia Zheng. Attempted murder. If your Xia family wants to cover it up, then you are all accomplices." Han Qiushi stood at the Xia family's door, not bothering to control his voice, and directly stated his purpose for coming.
"Child, what are you saying? You can't say things like that. If word gets out, how will we face people?"
“We are an honest and law-abiding family. How could we do such a thing? My children are either at work or at school. They don’t even dare to kill chickens, let alone attempted murder.”
"Old woman, we're giving you one more chance. If you still don't reveal the person's whereabouts, don't blame us for being impolite." Han Qiushi looked down at the hypocritical old woman, his eyes seeming to have a hole poked in them.
Just before leaving, Han Qiushi still remembered to contact the police. Neither Uncle Kong nor Han Chengjun could find Xia Ri and Han Meng at home, and they didn't see them either when they came to the Xia family's house.
They have split into two groups to search for them in the places where they might appear.
But Han Qiushi always felt that the person was still near the Xia family's home.
"Even if you are the children of officials, you shouldn't bully us ordinary people like this." Seeing that they didn't give her any face, Xia's mother immediately started yelling.
"Old woman, you still dare to talk back at a time like this. The more you refuse to cooperate, the worse your Xia family will suffer."
"Two victims? If anything happens to my sister-in-law, it won't just be two. Your Xia family has killed four people. At this critical juncture, you're still protecting murderers!" Han Qiulin shouted loudly, startling the old woman into taking several steps back.
