Turning around, I saw a tall figure standing in the sunlight like a superhero.
"Let her go. Do you hear me!"
Qiao Muting spoke slowly and deliberately, each word sharp and ruthless.
The female dog exchanged glances with her underlings, and then they launched an attack together.
Qian Lai's hands were tied, and Scarface dragged him to the side of the road and tied him to a small tree. Scarface then joined the fight.
She could only watch helplessly as Qiao Muting faced off against four opponents; the situation was far from optimistic.
As the saying goes, "to catch a thief, first catch the king," taking advantage of the moment when that "bitch-eyed" man lunged forward looking for death, Qiao Muting dodged and grabbed his outstretched leg, forcing him to hop backward on one foot.
Qiao Muting lifted his leg, and the other man immediately lost his footing, "thump," and fell straight down at Qiao Muting's feet, crying out in pain.
Seeing that things were going badly, Scarface threw out his dagger and, taking advantage of the moment when Bitch Eyes was sitting on the ground distracting Qiao Muting, stabbed him in the abdomen.
"Qiao Muting, be careful!" Qian Lai saw the other party's ruthless and swift movements and frantically tried to break the ropes binding his hands.
Unfortunately, it was all in vain.
Qiao Muting reacted quickly, raising his foot and kicking the scarred man in the chest. The man staggered back in pain.
The female dog sat on the ground, clinging tightly to Qiao Muting's legs, making him unable to move.
He yelled, "What the hell are you all standing there for? Come at me all at once!"
He gave the order, and his two henchmen worked together, one grabbing his right hand and the other aiming for his left.
Qiao Muting quickly raised his foot and kicked the woman in the forehead, sending her rolling to the side of the road like a donkey dropping.
Then, following the outstretched arms of the two thugs, they twisted the two men into pretzel shapes with one hand each, and then kicked them both into the mother dog's arms.
Seeing that he was all alone, Scarface stood there stunned, put his fingers in his mouth, and let out two long whistles.
A short while later, three more people appeared at the entrance of the alley.
"Don't blame me for not warning you, my brothers are around in this alley."
I only need to whistle, and they'll all come to my aid. You can't possibly hold them off alone. You'd better be smart.”
Qiao Muting was not intimidated by his words. Instead, he appeared calm and composed, and approached the scarred man step by step.
At this moment, three burly men from the alley entrance also arrived.
He quickly helped up the female dog who was crying out in pain from the ground, along with her two companions in his arms.
Scarface gave them a look, and they immediately understood and headed straight for Qian Lai.
Soon, Qian Lai was untied by the two men and dragged behind Qiao Muting.
Scarface also adopted the same nonchalant attitude as Qiao Muting: "Looks like you're pretty good at fighting? Then I'll see if you can be in two places at once."
"Take her away!"
As soon as she finished speaking, two burly men held daggers to Qian Lai's jaw and led her toward the van at the alley entrance.
"Let her go!"
Qiao Muting gave chase, but was stopped halfway. The group immediately engaged in another struggle.
Qian Lai kept looking back, worried about him and afraid that she would really be dragged away. She used all her strength to pull herself down, hoping to hold back the thug's steps.
Just then, three more people appeared at the alleyway ahead.
Qian Lai was in despair.
Could this be the death knell for me and Qiao Muting?
"Old Joe, you can't let your kung fu skills go away? One against seven, and they even had time to take the person away. This is too much."
The darkest and thinnest of the three men stood at the alley entrance, motionless, only making sarcastic remarks.
Qian Lai: So they're on our side. But why haven't they made a move yet?
"Help! Please, please help me..."
Before he could finish speaking, Qian Lai felt a dark shadow fly past his head.
The two men in black who were supporting Qian Lai were just as caught off guard as she was, collapsing to the ground in a dizzying frenzy.
Soon after, Qiao Muting's brothers joined in teaching Scarface and Bitch Eyes a lesson.
On the contrary, Qiao Muting rushed to Qian Lai's side in one stride.
Her legs went weak, seemingly due to shock combined with the heat of the summer, leaving her feeling utterly powerless.
Qiao Muting reacted quickly, catching her in his arms and swiftly untying her bound hands.
Qian Lai came to her senses and was about to say something when she saw a sharp blade slashing straight down from behind Qiao Muting.
"Watch out!" She tried to shove Qiao Muting away, but it was a little too late.
The sharp blade sliced directly from his upper arm down his back.
Qiao Muting seemed oblivious to the pain, turned around, and kicked the attacker in the neck, causing the man to immediately fall to the ground.
"Whoosh, whoosh~" Two short and one long whistle sounded, and all the villains scattered in all directions as if they had heard an order to retreat.
"Chase them! Don't let a single one escape!"
At Qiao Muting's command, the three brothers rushed out like arrows.
At this moment, his white shirt was stained red with blood, and the torn parts were a bloody mess, a horrifying sight in Qian Lai's eyes.
"Qiao Muting, you're injured. You're bleeding a lot."
She was extremely anxious, her eyes reddened, and tears streamed down her cheeks: "Quick, let's go to the hospital."
"It's alright, don't worry." He spoke calmly, as if he knew everything. "Are you hurt?"
Qian Lai shook his head, his eyes full of worry.
Seeing the worried and scared look on her face, Qiao Muting gently rubbed the top of her fluffy head as a form of comfort.
