Chapter 6: Emptying the House!! The Su Family's Vast Fortune!! (2/2)

Su Tang's gaze fell on the complex coded dials.

The original owner's memories surged back. When she was little, her father, Su Henian, would play number games with her when he wasn't busy. One of them, he told her mysteriously, was the "Su family's lucky code," and that she must remember it well, as it would be very useful in the future.

The original owner of this body didn't understand any of this; she just thought it was a normal father-daughter game and laughed it off.

“Lucky password…” Su Tang closed her eyes, trying to search through the fragments of her memory.

A string of numbers gradually became clear in her mind.

She opened her eyes, reached out her hand, and began to input numbers onto the cold metal dials in the order she remembered.

Her fingers moved steadily and powerfully, each number turning with perfect precision.

When the last number has been entered—

"Crack...creak—"

A dull, long metallic scraping sound rang out, as if a giant beast that had been asleep for a hundred years was awakening.

That incredibly heavy steel security door actually slowly opened inwards!

It's done.

Su Tang was very surprised that a casual game she played as a child had become the key to unlocking this enormous wealth.

My dad is really a man of few words.

Su Tang shone a powerful flashlight inside.

Even as a top agent who had seen all sorts of high-tech and luxurious scenes in the 22nd century, she couldn't help but gasp in shock at the sight before her.

This is hardly a secret room.

This is practically a small private museum combined with a national treasury!

The interior of the secret room was much larger than she had imagined, as spacious as half a standard basketball court!

Rows of heavy pear wood shelves were neatly stacked, probably numbering in the hundreds.

On the shelves were large camphor wood chests sealed with tape, as well as stacks of gold bricks and silver ingots, in astonishing quantities.

The air is filled with the fragrance of money!

Su Tang casually lifted the large box closest to her.

"Splash—"

A burst of golden light erupted instantly.

The box was full of large yellow croakers, all of uniform size and neatly arranged.

Each one was heavy, and there was a weight stamp on it! Each one weighed ten taels.

This box must contain at least several hundred pieces, right? And this is just one box! There are at least dozens of boxes of gold here!

Without hesitation, buy, buy, buy!

She then opened several more boxes next to her.

Some were filled with small yellow croakers, while others contained foreign currency of various denominations—US dollars, British pounds, and Swiss francs—thick stacks wrapped neatly in oil paper.

There were also several boxes filled with gleaming Yuan Shikai silver dollars, tungsten dollars, and eagle dollars, piled up like small mountains!

Receive them all, store them in my space!

She continued walking inside, and besides the hard currency, there were many more dazzling things on the shelves.

She opened a rosewood box containing gemstones of various colors: pigeon blood red, royal blue, padparadscha, emerald, and purple, large and small, shimmering under the flashlight beam.

There was a pink diamond the size of a pigeon egg, which was made into a necklace pendant, along with matching earrings and a ring. Its brilliance was dazzling!

"This...this can't be the legendary 'Koh-Hill' sister model, can it?"

There were also several boxes of pearls next to it.

Su Tang held up a necklace of South Sea gold beads with a diameter of over 15 millimeters, the surface of the beads shimmering with a warm golden luster.

There was also a box of black pearls, each one round and lustrous, with a peacock green iridescence.

There are also countless pearls from the East, which were reserved for the Qing Dynasty imperial family. There is even a small handful of them here, crystal clear.

Collect! Collect! Collect!

Su Tang's gaze was instantly drawn to the brocade box beside her.
