Chapter 457 is fully resolved.

Jiang Linchuan raised his leg, aimed it at Sister Hong's chest, and stomped down hard with all his might!

"Snap—!"

The crisp sound of the sternum breaking was clearly audible.

Hongjie's eyes widened suddenly, her mouth opened to its limit, but she could no longer make a sound. A mouthful of blood mixed with the remains of broken internal organs gushed out and splattered onto Jiang Linchuan's trouser leg.

Her body twitched twice, then remained completely still.

His eyes were wide open, and he died with his eyes still open.

Jiang Linchuan moved his foot away expressionlessly, bent down and rummaged in Sister Hong's cheongsam pocket for a moment, and quickly found a set of keys.

He took the key and quickly walked to the corner, unlocked the remaining chains on his ankles, and was completely freed from his restraints.

The broken iron ring detached from his skin, leaving a ring of red, swollen marks, but he was completely unaware of it, only feeling a sense of lightness throughout his body.

Without the slightest hesitation, he turned and rushed out of the torture chamber.

Jiang Linchuan did not choose to continue fighting desperately. Instead, under the cover of night, he quickly circled around to the back of the wooden house, leaped into the nearby woods, and his figure instantly disappeared into the dense shade of the trees.

Meanwhile, in the other wooden houses, the patrolmen were sitting together smoking, vaguely hearing noises coming from the direction of the torture chamber, but paying no attention.

"Did you hear that noise just now?" A burly man grinned, his tone lewd.

"Hey, what else could it be? It must be that Sister Hong couldn't resist and forced him!" another tall, thin man sneered. "That kid was pretty tough at first, but now he's probably tasted it and isn't making a move. Maybe he's willing."

"Hahaha, which man could resist Sister Hong's methods?"

The group exchanged knowing smiles, their expressions full of malicious mockery, with no intention of checking the situation at all.

However, Jiang Linchuan did not completely escape from the woods.

He lay hidden in the dark bushes, his wounds still bleeding, but he simply bandaged them with his tattered clothes, held his breath, and stared intently in the direction of the cabin.

There are still more than a dozen people in the stronghold. If we leave now, it would be like releasing a tiger back into the mountains.

Only by eliminating all these people can we completely get rid of future troubles and then go to find Xu Xinghe with the information in peace.

Time passed slowly, and the night grew darker.

The chill of the night crept in.

The patrolmen gradually showed signs of fatigue, yawning incessantly, and their vigilance dropped to its lowest point.

A fierce glint flashed in Jiang Linchuan's eyes as he silently emerged from the bushes.

Using the trees as cover, he slowly approached the outer perimeter of the stronghold.

Soon, he saw a patrolman relieving himself behind a tree with his back to him, his pants half-down, completely unsuspecting.

Jiang Linchuan held his breath and instantly rushed behind the person.

Before the other person could react, he covered the other person's mouth with his left hand, grabbed the other person's neck with his right hand, and twisted it backward sharply.

With a snap, the sound of a neck breaking was exceptionally clear in the quiet night.

The man's body went limp, and Jiang Linchuan took the opportunity to drag him behind a tree without making a sound.

The first person was successfully dealt with.

Jiang Linchuan picked up the dagger that the other person had dropped and continued to sneak forward. Soon he encountered two other people patrolling together.

The two were dozing off against the tree trunk, their heads nodding off.

Jiang Linchuan approached like a ghost, his dagger flashing coldly as he precisely slit the throat of the first person.

The man collapsed to the ground before he could even open his eyes.

The other person was startled awake and was about to shout when Jiang Linchuan covered his mouth and plunged the dagger into his heart.

In just over ten seconds, the two patrolmen were killed.

After dealing with the outer patrol, Jiang Linchuan gripped his dagger and silently infiltrated the stronghold, pushing open the door of one of the wooden houses.

The people inside were fast asleep, snoring loudly, completely unaware of the approaching death.

Jiang Linchuan walked lightly to the bedside, the dagger in his hand falling again and again, each time accurately stabbing a vital spot.

Before the sleeping people even had a chance to struggle, they fell one by one into pools of blood, completely lifeless.

Just as he was about to deal with the last person in the room, one of them, who seemed to be a light sleeper, was awakened by the slightest noise.

He suddenly opened his eyes and saw Jiang Linchuan's blood-stained face. He was so frightened that he almost screamed!

Jiang Linchuan reacted quickly and punched him hard in the face!

With a thud, the man's scream was abruptly cut off, his nose collapsed instantly, blood gushed out, and he collapsed onto the bed, dizzy and disoriented.

Jiang Linchuan seized the pistol from beside his pillow, turned around and aimed it at the other two people who had been awakened and were about to reach for their guns, and pulled the trigger without hesitation!

"Bang! Bang!"

Two gunshots shattered the silence of the night.

The bullets hit both men squarely in the forehead, headshots with every shot.

Blood splattered on the walls, the scene was extremely gruesome.

The man who had been knocked down by a punch was terrified and tried to run away as fast as he could.

Jiang Linchuan's eyes turned cold. He turned his gun around and fired another shot. The bullet pierced through his back, causing him to fall heavily to the ground. He twitched twice and then went still.

In just a few minutes, everyone in the wooden house was dealt with.

Jiang Linchuan stood in the pool of blood, gripping a still-smoking pistol, his body covered in blood, his eyes icy cold.

He was panting, his wounds reopening from the violent movements, blood soaking his clothes, but there was no sign of fatigue on his face.

With the threat at the stronghold eliminated, he could finally leave with peace of mind.

Jiang Linchuan checked the cabin one last time, and after confirming that there were no survivors, he turned around and rushed back into the woods, heading towards Lijia'ao.

He constantly touched the small black notebook in his arms; it contained intelligence he had obtained with his life, and he could not afford to lose it!

In the darkness, his figure darted swiftly through the woods.

It disappeared very quickly.
