Chapter 25 Qi Jingchuan Receives a Telegram
Meanwhile, Dongming Island, far from the mainland.
With a loud roar, the passenger ferry smoothly docked at the pier.
Soon, figures began to appear on the deck. Several men in naval uniforms strode off the ship.
