Chapter 468 Belonging to Livestock
When Qi Jingchuan returned that evening, Cen Yan told her about it as a joke.
Qi Jingchuan could tell that his wife was unusually happy today, so he asked her why.
"The feud between you and Shan Xianxian seems to be much more than just sisters fighting over a hair accessory. Otherwise, why would you be so happy to see her get the short end of the stick and beg you for help?"
Cen Yan paused for a moment, her smile fading slightly, and she couldn't help but touch her cheek. "Is it that obvious?"
She couldn't very well tell Qi Jingchuan that she had been buried alive by Shan Xianxian and others in her past life, and that she had only taken half of her revenge.
He couldn't get his hands dirty when he got to Shan Xianxian's place. He had to wait for Lei Ye and the others to come from the Northwest. For now, he could only watch her beg him and vent his frustration verbally.

He guessed right.
After a long pause, Cen Yan chuckled. "If she and I had a blood feud, how could I be standing here unharmed? Qi Jingchuan, are you running a fever, or are you just exhausted from training lately? My grudge against Shan Xianxian has been building up over time. I hate her, that's all."
Qi Jingchuan laughed.
Yes, how could it be a blood feud?
He was frantic with worry. Last night, he had an unprecedentedly absurd dream in which his wife, along with Shan Xianxian, Hu Zhiwei, and the "father-in-law" whom his wife had sent to the Northwest for labor reform, actually came back and kidnapped his good wife to a mountain forest and buried her alive.
Then, after an unknown amount of time, he rushed there upon hearing the news, only to find a handful of bones.
In reality, his wife was standing perfectly fine in front of him, not having been bullied by anyone, and he wouldn't have gone far to collect her body.
Dreams are always the opposite of reality; the things in dreams will never actually happen.
"Yeah, I've been pretty tired lately. Honey, how about you? How's the site selection for the chemical factory going?"
Qi Jingchuan stopped thinking about the nightmare and stopped worrying about whether someone would retaliate against his wife.
In short, he only said one thing: anyone who dares to touch Qi Jingchuan's wife is his enemy!

Cen Yan changed her lying position to make it easier for the restless man to do as he pleased, and gently kissed his Adam's apple.
