So she walked quickly down the path ahead, and just as she reached the side of the path, she saw Chen Shuling chasing after her.
That was close! If she hadn't dodged quickly, she probably would have been caught by now.
She hid behind a tree on the path, and only after Chen Shuling had gone far away did she walk in the opposite direction.
She was going to the police station to expose her.

She is penniless and looks like a beggar. People avoid her and no one is willing to help her.
She quickly remembered that when her son was three years old, the two of them were at the old house. At that time, Gu Huanian buried his New Year's money under a tree at the old house, saying that he would dig it up with her when he grew up.
At that time, everyone in the Gu family doted on him, and relatives who came to pay New Year's visits would give him some lucky money.
